The Burgundy Hotel offers a consistently positive experience, particularly highlighted by its attentive and friendly staff, notably D’era and Mia Hyman. Recent renovations have enhanced the ambiance and cleanliness, though some guests have noted minor limitations like the absence of a freezer shelf. The hotel boasts a convenient location and a strong reputation for reliable service.
Beautiful room. Larger than expected. No freezer shelf in mini fridge. Nice shower but poorly placed grab bar right under shower head makes movement restricted. NO POOL! Was taken out for new construction of restaurant. Disappointed but it's ok.
Beautiful, clean boutique hotel. D’era T. Gave us amazing customer service at check in and through our stay. She recommended their in house restaurant, which had delicious better then expected food. Thank you D’era you made our blissful
Amazing experience, Rooms are pretty good with a whole lot of different ambience. French classic style , The cashier Diara was amazing, very friendly and explained us the rooms with very detailed information. Will definitely come back.
Wonderful staff, especially D'era T. She was such an angel, with a big smile and so very helpful. The restaurant, Table 28, had fantastic food and the morning breakfast was delicious. And the room itself was extremely clean and smelled nice.
I have stayed at this hotel for work consistently over the past six years—often one to two weeks each month—and what has always set this property apart is the service. The rooms are comfortable, the location is convenient, and the overall experience has always been reliable, but service has always been their true strength. During my most recent stay in December, I noticed something special: everything felt elevated. For the first time in all my years staying here, I was welcomed with a thoughtful bottle of wine and a sincere thank-you for my continued loyalty. The room itself felt brighter, fresher, and noticeably cleaner, and the subtle scent when I walked in created an immediate sense of calm and comfort. It quickly became clear why these positive changes were so noticeable—the return of manager Mia Hyman. Her attention to detail, pride in the property, and genuine commitment to delivering five-star service are reflected throughout the entire hotel experience. The energy, care, and professionalism of the staff clearly mirror her leadership. If you have not yet experienced this hotel, I highly recommend giving it a try. The combination of comfort, consistency, and truly exceptional service makes it a standout stay in Little Rock.
