I had an absolutely amazing experience at this Marriott—easily one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The hotel is exceptionally well maintained and is conveniently located near many local attractions, restaurants, and services. The location, atmosphere, and overall experience were excellent from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, modern, and incredibly quiet, making them perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. My room also offered a beautiful view of both the city and the river, which made the stay even more enjoyable. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I especially appreciated access to the lounge, which offered evening snacks and a very good breakfast each morning. These added touches helped make the stay feel even more welcoming and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I will definitely stay here again on future trips.

Everything from the room to the staff was exceptional at the Little Rock Marriott this last weekend. The staff front desk was even able to get me transferred to a room with a better view of the river when I told her my wife wasn't pleased with the view from the room the hotel had given us. The front desk person didn't have to take the time to see if they could help but she did take the time.

I went on a company trip. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious! Before leaving for sessions, I saw the housekeeping staff cleaning rooms on my floor. I expected to return to a clean room later on. When I returned the bed hadn't been made, nor had the bathroom been cleaned. I called the front desk ask why. I was told I had to make the request to have it cleaned. I didn't see that indicated anywhere. With that, I asked my coworkers if theirs were cleaned and they said yes and it was without requesting it. They did send someone up to clean my room that evening once I called. I'm not sure what the policy is, but there was a gap in communications. Other than that, it was a great experience.

I had the best customer service experience I’ve ever received at the Little Rock Marriott — especially thanks to Matthew! He truly went above and beyond to make sure my visit was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the hotel is absolutely beautiful, and everything felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. Thank you for such a great visit — I’ll definitely be back!

Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed at. I had an issue with my card charges and the team was extremely helpful in their follow ups and resolutions. A huge shout out to Robyn and Mrs. Beasley for their help in the matter! The Starbucks staff were very kind as well! You can tell that the hotel is well maintained and it is very convenient in location to downtown Little Rock. Valet was very nice, but know that if there is a convention or local event your times might be a bit longer than expected, which we totally understood! The guys were absolutely thr best at keeping us informed. We had room service and our delivery person was just the sweetest older gentleman! They were sold out of the bread pudding so I am looking forward to a return trip to try it next time!
