I cannot recommend the 1890 Williams House Inn enough! From the moment we arrived, the hosts Cody and Joe, were absolutely wonderful. They were so nice, genuinely welcoming, and went completely out of their way to make sure we felt right at home during our trip to Hot Springs. The historic Victorian property is stunning beautifully decorated, full of character, and tucked away just a few blocks from downtown and Bathhouse Row, making it a peaceful retreat that is still incredibly convenient. The wrap-around porch and well-kept gardens are the perfect places to relax, and the rooms perfectly balance antique charm with comfortable, modern amenities. But the absolute highlight of our stay was the food! The homemade full breakfast they serve each morning was so good. Everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented with generous portions. They even have great coffee and a 24-hour snack/treat area, so we were definitely spoiled. If you are looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay in Hot Springs with top-notch hospitality, look no further. We can't wait to return!

My wife was in Arkansas for a work trip in Little Rock and invited me down to have a four day kid free getaway with her in Hot Springs. We'd never been to Arkansas before, so we had no idea what we were in for. After our visit to town and stay at this Inn, we will surely be back! From the moment we checked in Cody had us feeling like the most important people on earth. We were given a tour of the home and so many recommendations on food, drinks and sights to see in town. Being a previous Architectural major, I have to say the home is in an immaculately restored/maintained state and I thoroughly enjoyed all the historical commentary Cody shared with us. We opted for the Williams Suite as it was ground level, rather large, and had the most amazing tub (it was also a nice bonus that the Williams suite gets breakfast delivered to the room every morning too!). Any questions we had either Cody or Joe showed right up or answered our call/text quickly. Joe and his kitchen magicians prepared us such delicious breakfasts and coffee that were right on time every morning. Cody and Joe, you two are the nicest, most amazing hosts!! We will definitely be returning to Hot Springs and will surely stay here again. Miss that huge wrap around porch already!

I took my mother to Hot Springs for her birthday. It was our first time in the town and we enjoyed it immensely. This B&B was a joy! Cody and Joe are excellent hosts and saw to all of our needs. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful. The breakfasts were delightful and the dessert bar was phenomenal. I highly recommend this property and can't say enough wonderful things about the hosts!

Absolutely incredible stay at Williams House! The customer service and hospitality were top-notch from start to finish. Joseph was an excellent host — warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was fantastic, and the pastries deserve a special shoutout (don’t skip them!). The house itself is stunning, beautifully decorated with so much character and charm in every corner. The whole experience felt special and unique — exactly what you hope for when staying at a B&B. If you’re visiting Hot Springs, I can’t recommend Williams House enough. You won’t be disappointed!

This place is a gem. The house has such old-world charm with beautiful details throughout. It has relaxing patios and a deck outside, while the inside features common areas where you can play instruments, read, or just unwind. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts, Joe and Cody, were incredibly welcoming! They made our stay so much better and were both approachable and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable about the area and gave us great recommendations for places to visit and eat. The house is within walking distance of downtown and the area felt very safe. I doubt there is a better place to stay in town!
