Beautiful newer hotel. No odd smells or dirty carpets. Arrival snacks daily. Ice and water on each floor. Elevator’s were fast and not crowded. Inside bicycle storage. Live music when we were there.

Had a great stay at the AC Hotel in Bentonville. The whole place feels super clean and modern, with a really nice minimalist vibe. The rooms were comfortable, beds slept great, and everything felt well thought out. The location is a big plus too. You’re right by the new Walmart campus, which is actually pretty cool to see in person. Makes it super convenient if you’re in town for anything business-related, but also just interesting to check out how built-out that whole area is becoming. You’re also close to downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges, so it’s easy to get around and explore. Staff was friendly and helpful, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. Definitely a spot I’d stay at again when I’m back in the area.

This is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. The staff is friendly and professional, the hotel was immaculately clean, the rooftop bar/restaurant was wonderful (we had drinks and shared an appetizer as well as a dessert). Everything we tried was delicious and the bartender (Sydney) did a great job and even made some local recommendations for us to try while in town. Based on our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend this location and would love to visit again.

So I gave this hotel a perfect five star rating because I understand that it is a new hotel. It’s only been open a few months and so therefore I don’t expect perfection. I expect there to be problems and they have them and the reason I give them a five star rating is because I made the hotel staff aware of the concerns and they immediately rectified them without question. They definitely put a priority on customer service and customer satisfaction any future times that I have to come to Bentonville, Arkansas I can say that I would happily stay at this property again. Their beds in my opinion are amazingly comfortable. I would love to have one in my home. Their rooms are very clean very well appointed just an all-around great property.

Hotel was newer when we (husband, myself and 2 young children) stayed. The lobby is stunning and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar was beautiful as well, drinks & apps tasty, and service was great. The room however was the downfall for me. Rooms are based on a European design (ie TINY). The size would be adequate if you were staying by yourself or maybe even 2 people, but way too small for a family of 4 for a long weekend. Lacked storage space and small bathroom. Horrible vanity lighting for a brand new hotel and for any female to do their makeup at (this should have been addressed during a room mockup during the design phase?). However, the room was clean and I did enjoy the attention to detail by the maids, like the water glasses in the refrigerator. I will also note the location was great for us and most of what we did or ate at was within a 4-7 minute drive. My husband also loved running the amazing trails Bentonville offers.
