I learned about The Bike Inn from a little brochure at West Bottoms Bicycles in Kansas City. We booked our trip a few days later and I am so glad that we did. We loved our stay! The in is very cute and well maintained. We loved the backyard with the fire pit both at night and for morning coffee. The room was clean and we loved the bicycle themed decor. I made a mistake when typing an email address when booking. Jeremy was very responsive and had the issue fixed quickly. Instructions were clear and communication was excellent. The location is close to everything. As others have mentioned, it is on a busy street. We road about 50 ft on the side of the road to a side street and went south two blocks to get on a paved trail (Trail of Two Cities). We were able to take that to the Razorback Greenway and rode all the way down to Fayetteville. We really enjoyed brewery hopping on the way home. We had a really fun weekend with friends and will definitely recommend The Bike Inn to others!

I took my 14 year old son to Bentonville for mountain biking on his spring break - our first time to the area. We stayed at The Bike Inn. Cannot say enough good things. The place is perfect for those who want to focus on biking. The value is incredible - rooms are clean and nicely done and lots of little (but awesome) perks (hot tub, cold plunge, etc.). Most importantly, Jeremy (the owner), is a class act. He took my son and I out on three different tours. He’s a phenomenal biker, but an ever better guy. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the sport and the area. He’s friendly and easy to talk to and, most importantly, he does a phenomenal job of helping his customers. If you’re in the area and want to focus on biking (regardless of experience level), The Bike Inn is the place to go - hands down!

The Bike Inn is the best place to stay if you're traveling to Bentonville for a bike trip. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and affordable. The backyard community area is awesome, has many amenities and is a perfect place to hang out after the day's ride. Owner Jeremy was extremely helpful, super nice and laid back. He even invited my whole group out for a ride one morning and showed us a beautiful spot that we probably wouldn't have found on our own. Good location, a few miles from downtown and close proximity to several excellent trail systems. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be going back.

????? The Bike Inn in Bentonville is an incredible place to stay, especially if you’re visiting Northwest Arkansas to ride. The property feels purpose-built for mountain bikers and really captures the spirit of Bentonville’s cycling culture. One of the biggest perks is the location—you’re close to many of the area’s best MTB trails, making it easy to roll out and start riding without a long drive. The accommodations are comfortable and thoughtfully designed with riders in mind. It’s clear the owners understand what mountain bikers actually need after a long day on the trails. The whole property has a relaxed, welcoming vibe that makes it easy to unwind and connect with other riders. One of my favorite parts of the property is the community building. It’s a great gathering space and really adds to the experience. I especially loved the shirt and sticker shop they have there. It’s packed with fun bike-themed gear and local trail culture—definitely worth browsing, and it’s hard to leave without picking up a few stickers or a shirt. The overall atmosphere is what makes The Bike Inn special. It feels less like a typical lodging experience and more like a hub for the Bentonville riding community. If you’re planning a mountain bike trip to the area, this place is an awesome home base.

This was the greatest experience! I took a group of 11 high school students, up to Bentonville, for a competition. The Bike Inn had exactly what we needed--separate, private locking rooms with separate baths. Rooms were updated and super clean. Jeremy's communication was excellent before, during and after out stay. He catered in three meals for my team--tons of food. He also set up a bonfire each night with various games including jenga, frisbee golf, football and cornhole. The kids returned from their competition to an amazing taco bar and smores, with relaxation around the fire. I cannot say enough great things about Jeremy and the Bike Inn. I hope that we have the opportunity to return for next year's competition!
