Wonder destination hotel! Wish I had a convertible and lived closer. Staff went over and beyond for my wife’s birthday. Room was great with a walkout to a large patio. Honor bar was a surprise and fire pit was perfect for star gazing. Easy walk to cafe with excellent food! We will be back!

A hidden gem in Wilson! From the check in to the check out, I was very impressed with my stay. This is a must visit hotel. Love the decor, vibe, and comfort here. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The extra touches were well received. The bed, linens, pillows, coffee, cookies, snacks, bottled Diet Coke, yogurt, and more made my stay peaceful and perfect! My daughter and I were very impressed with our accommodations. Highly recommended!

We went to Wilson AR and stayed at The Louis hotel last year for my birthday and LOVED it but what a difference a few months make . Staff changed and didn't know what they were doing , wrong room , wrinkled bed cover ( last year linens were crisp and neat ) not given the welcome drink that is still advertised on the web site . At first we were told they don't do welcome Drinks anymore but when we questioned it , the bartender contacted her boss who told her it was a Pimms cup - who knows what a Pimms cup is ?,plus they didn't have any of the garnish to make it . To top it off the restaurant presented us with an already opened bottle of wine and no cork which is a BiG NO NO !!! So all in all was VERY disappointing this time ! We will not be going back again .

The Louis Hotel is Exceptional! I spoke to Kayden before my arrival and he told me my room was ready. I asked him to order me a charcuterie board, he did. It was in my room when I arrived, it is was do delicious. When I arrived, Kayleigh was there to open the door for me and help with my luggage. Kayleigh was so friendly and professional. Kayleigh helped me out with my luggage when I checked out. I was on the second floor. My room was immaculate and so comfortable. In the beverage and food station there was complementary catfish and hush puppies and coffee and muffins for breakfast. All delicious! Daylee was the bartender at the bar. I asked for a Singapore Sling drink. Daylee made it and it was delicious. I decided to stay an extra night and Latijah got my room ready and ordered me another charcuterie board again. Latijah was do friendly and professional. If you are in Northeast Arkansas, you want to stay at the Louis Hotel. Clean, comfortable, the Best Staff, great delicious food and drinks. The town of Wilson also has so many fun, historical things to do within walking distance of the Hotel. I will stay here every time I visit the area.

Stumbled upon this boutique hotel while looking for a place to stay while traveling. So pleased with our decision, as this place surpassed all of our expectations. The architecture follows the English Revival theme of the town. The modern interior is clean and welcoming. We loved the high-thread count sheets on the comfortable bed and locally-sourced bathroom amenities. The complimentary refreshment counter being on the same floor as the rooms was a nice touch. The Indulgence Agent (as they call the Front Desk staff) was eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible, making us truly feel like a guest rather than a customer.
