Going here is very convenient and it is less travel for me than traveling all the way to Tunica. I enjoy the atmosphere, the food and etc. The hotel is very comfortable. I recommend going here if you are really looking for a fun time and a good meal.

If you ever visit the Southland Hotel, you would be honored to have Shannon on the sixth floor as your housekeeping specialist? I don’t know if this is her regular floor or not but she is very kind, very polite, and very caring. I’m telling you if you ever have the pleasure to encounter her hospitality, she would make you feel “some kind of special”. She is the very epitome of hospitality and her service is beyond five stars; It is off the chart! Very nice casino! The hotel is very nice with clean rooms! The food was delicious. The steakhouse was closed so I didn’t get to eat there, but I’ve heard it’s fantastic. The bars had a descent selection of draft beers. They had a variety of top shelf liquors. The casino is large and very nice. The main gambling floor is smoke free. Even the smoking room wasn’t overly Smokey. The sports bar is inside the smoking area, but again the smoke wasn’t bad at all. They must have some great ventilation in there! Overall, very nice place. Not all that expensive either. I will be back!

Everything was almost great. I found the rewards card is a joke . I checked in at the desk To get my card. I applied on line in January. My trip was February. Does not say anything about You have to sign up when you visit. So we didn't get any buffet. I also checked my rewards card It showed I had $100.00 dollar game Play on slots ..never got it to credit putting the card in slot machine there was 0 nothing. Other than that it was a good trip PS........... Update on the rewards card. Jennifer made everything right on the card for my next visit Thank you Jennifer for the time and help

Had a quick over night stay in town. It was cheaper to stay here versus other hotels. Check in was super easy, very nice and helpful front desk staff. Room was super clean and spacious. Visited a place inside the casino called Fry House to grab food and it was 10/10. Also decided to put some money in the machine and won. So no complaints about the casino itself. Paid me well. Also liked there was a place outside of the casino to order food and coffee with the on the go grab items available. If ever come back to Memphis would stay here again.
