This hotel has been completely revamped, you can see the owner’s diligence in making everything outstanding. I have elite status with Hilton, but stay here when I’m in Conway bc I appreciate the access to walking trails nearby, and the ability to maintain my healthy eating habits with use of their full size fridge and stove top (saving my carbs and calories to splurge on a nice dinner at the many restaurants in the vicinity). Also, the daytime front desk staff gentleman is a hospitality industry professional, excellent service, great attitude. Finally, most importantly, the rooms are immaculate. From linens to the bathrooms. Great job on the renovation!

I truly enjoy staying at Candlewood Suites because it feels like a second home during work trips. As an extended-stay hotel, it’s perfect for longer stays — affordable, comfortable, and very convenient. Having a fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook my own meals, which saves money and adds comfort. The location is excellent, and the rooms were newly renovated. I especially loved the charging points on the night lamp beside the bed — such a thoughtful and modern touch. The bathroom with the walk-in shower is fantastic and very comfortable. They provide weekly housekeeping service, and if you need additional cleaning, they are happy to arrange room service the same day or the next day. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Every time you pass by, they greet you with a smile and are always ready to help. The amenities make this place even better — free laundry, complimentary coffee, a gym, and a small sundry shop for essentials. There’s also a lovely gazebo with a grill available for guests to use for BBQs, which is a great bonus. I also appreciate the electric car chargers (available for a fee), which is very convenient. The 24-hour Barista Room coffee and Costa coffee in the lobby are wonderful perks. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely choose Candlewood Suites again!

My extended stay at this property was excellent. The staff were very friendly and created a welcoming environment throughout my visit. The rooms were extremely clean, with fresh-smelling air, spotless floors, and a well-maintained bathroom. The location is very convenient—easy access from the interstate, close to Walmart, and several good restaurants within walking distance. The free laundry facilities and gym were a great bonus for a longer stay. I especially enjoyed the Candlewood coffee—it brews instantly and has a rich, great taste. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. I will definitely come back again when I am in the area. Highly recommended!

Nice place to stay if you’re traveling through on your way some place else. We were greated warmly and our room was clean and spacious. One thing I really thought was cool was the lamps next to the bed had outlets for charging your phone or devices. It’s little things like this that make it your stay more comfortable and complement the hotel. Only reason I gave it a four was no free breakfast but for the price I paid it’s certainly makes it a true value.

I stayed here last weekend and had a great stay! I had a long travel day and got in at 3 am, Ricky checked me in before I arrived and had my keycard waiting for me. The room was clean and spacious, the shower was phenomenal, and I was able to hop on the highway and continue on in no time at all. I’ll definitely be back when I need to stay in Conway!
