Veronica was very rude and disrespectful, she argued with my kids ! she argued with me me and my 3 kids sat outside by the pool area we didn’t get in the pool taqeina told us the pool was going to close at 10 and she told us we can sit os but not get in the pool. veronica she argued with her and the 2 other guest that is not professional!.

about 1 year agoI’ve stayed at the Fairfield Inn in El Dorado many times and have always had a great experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-run. Markesha at the front desk is especially friendly, helpful and efficient. Would recommend to anyone in El Dorado for business or otherwise!

over 1 year agoQuiet. The best word to describe this hotel is Quiet. Stayed here for several days consecutively and was pleasantly surprised that it was the quietist hotel I’ve ever stayed in. All the amenities were top notch but the fact that it was so quiet just overwhelms me. If you’re looking for a clean comfortable and good place to stay this is it and did I say how quiet it is? It’s quiet.

almost 2 years agoWe have stayed here a few times for work. The rooms are decent. It would be nice if they got rid of the carpet, fixed the wallpaper on the walls, and cleaned the walls in the bathroom. The linens were clean on each of our visits. The breakfast has been great every time we have stayed here. They even offer gluten free muffins! The breakfast bar is kept clean and well stocked! The fitness center is well equipped and clean.

about 4 years agoWe travel for work with my husband often and stay at numerous hotels. This hotel stood out, it was clean and the staff was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. Trent was very kind to our family and was able to accommodate transportation for my children and I for outings to explore your beautiful town. Mr. Paul drove us to and from our destination and made sure we got back safe. The lady in the kitchen was also very sweet and made rounds in the dining room before picking up breakfast making sure we were full and didn't need anything else. Thankful for people like your staff and safe places to stay like your hotel while we are away from home.
