Wanderoo Lodge offers a historic experience in Eureka Springs with a lively atmosphere, featuring a bar/restaurant and outdoor amenities. However, recent reviews have highlighted issues with billing discrepancies and room conditions. Overall, guests appreciate the location and staff.
Stayed there twice but last time was charged 20$ for my wife washing her face supposed to use black rag but not one in room. No one was at desk at check in time or check out time but they said we were supposed to come ask for one. Room was also musty smelling and ac was inadequate was willing to overlook it but 20$ for rag pushed me over edge
I travel to Eureka Springs every March and have thought about staying at this hotel a few times. The vibes seem really fun, close proximity to every where I go, reasonably priced. I stayed a few weeks ago with my teen daughter, and it was just ok. We were greeted very kindly and given instructions on the electric door locks. Overall it served it's purpose but I won't choose to stay there again.
Great spot! You'll have everything you need in one place for a great weekend getaway. Eureka springs is minutes away by car. There is a bar restaurant that has great food, great ambience, and has live music on the weekend. The bands are excellent. There's a big bonfire pit with Adirondack chairs out front and a big porch in case you want to sit outside. The rooms are a little old but they are decorated with cute vintage decor. There's a pool outside for the summertime. We stop in here every time we go to Eureka Springs.
Hubs & I had a splendid one night stay @ Wanderoo! Friendly, welcoming staff. Rooms were very clean, neat, tidy. Equipped with all the basic necessities. I was pleasantly surprised there wasn't a lot of disturbing highway noise overnight. The mattress & linens were very comfy. I like a fluffier pillow, but I slept well. HOT shower was wonderful! The coffee in our room was a nice strong brew. The bar gladly & generously gave us a little ice for our cooler, as we departed. The outdoor firepit is a nice touch... Great little gathering place! You must check out the little gift shop! Snag a cleverly written T-shirt! We enjoyed drinks & live music on a MONDAY night @ The Gravel Bar! Such a cool place. Will definitely recommend to others & plan to revisit.
We enjoyed our stay at the Wanderloo. This is a historic, restored motel. Our room was large, beds were comfy. We sat out on the balcony alot. Very good location to come and go in Eureka Springs. They also had some cabins to rent. The office is also a bar/restaurant with great food and drinks and seemed to always have a nightly function...trivia, live music, etc. They have a campfire area with seating...smore kits sold inside. Love to vibe here. Welcoming to everyone! Linda at the front desk was a customer service badass.
