We love visiting Bridging the Gaps ministries and in Texarkana and the hotel ? we stay in there each time is usually the Holliday Inn express. It has the same exceptional Staff service and clean facilities everytime. Our most favorite think to do each day is have breakfast and talk with other guest but we actually enjoy talking with the staff and have built relationships and look forward to to seeing Lynda again. The breakfast is always wholesome and thee environment reminds me of Hawaii or the island and some mornings I dress up and imagine a beach near by. There are pools so plenty of water to have fun in.
Was visiting from out of state. The hotel is in a good location, plenty of restaurants and a Walmart nearby. Room and bathroom were clean. Front desk staff were very nice, and the breakfast was great! Only downside to my stay was the wifi was kinda useless. I couldn't connect half the time and when I did it was spotty. Possibly because I was on the top floor and down near the end? I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
The breakfast restaurant staff were absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. We’ve stayed at this hotel twice in the past month, and even though the staff members were different each time, the experience was consistently excellent. Everyone went the extra mile to make sure we had a great breakfast experience. Service was prompt, thoughtful, and always delivered with a smile. A great overall example of consistent, high-quality treatment of guests. Highly appreciated and highly recommended.
We had a great stay here with our employees during the middle of a snow storm recently. Due to cancelled flights and other issues, we needed a place for our employees and we were able to easily book online. I followed up with a call and we spoke with the front desk manager that evening named Quinn. She was wonderful and so helpful! Her kindness really helped during an aggravating set of circumstances with cancelled flights, car rental cancellations, closed airports and more. Thank you Quinn and the morning manager as well! (don't have a name for him)! We appreciate it so much!!
The worst experience I've ever had at a Holiday Inn or IHG hotel! I reserved a King room for a 3 night stay. The hotel changed my reservation without telling me to a room with 2 queens. They didn't call and when I checked in, the subject was never addressed. I then went to my room and discovered it was not what I paid for. When I asked the front desk, they said they didn't have a king. They offered 1000 points, I wanted my king room. The room looked like a refurbished Motel 6. I'm glad that I brought my own sheets. I should have gotten an Airbnb. To make a long story short, the manager and customer service concluded that 7000 points should be enough for the inconvenience. A king for one night is at least 22000 points. The customer service was horrible. It would be better to stay under a bridge that to spend one night in that establishment. And I am a long-time member. It was ridiculous.
