2 months agoI have stayed in Embassy Suites for years. This hotel by far does not live up to the brand. Mattress, couch and chair needed to be replaced long age. Bath vanity and shower faucets leak. Room backed up a music venue rendering the room uninhabitable until 11pm. Pretty outdated

3 months agoHusband (veteran) & I had booked a room 05/16/26 for a romantic evening & morning away from craziness of the office thinking we could relax in the pool, enjoy dinner & breakfast the next morning. So disappointing due to baseball kids allowed to run screaming around the floors, to which I finally yelled to stip the rough housing near the landings before someone got hurt. The pool had young & older kids allowed to body-surf in the pool room while parents looked on. Because my husband has tinnitus, it set his ringing off which gives him a horrible headache & he gets physically ill. This could have been prevented by management enforcement of their sound rules laying on the check-in desk. Breakfast was tolerable buy coffee tasted burnt. Our thermostat wasn't working either & it was either cold or very warm in our room. Employees were very kind buy I suspect they didn't want to say anything to some of the snobby people allowing this disrespectful behavior. I even watched adults & kids cutting thru lines or between individuals with full lack of courtesy. I wouldn't recommend this place to any Service member or anyone having any disability.

4 months agoFound it strange there was only 2 pictures of the pool posted anywhere, booking, Google, ect.. but no reviews about it. So here is my review. The main pool picture IS NOT THE POOL AT THIS LOCATION. The pool is much smaller. And THERE IS NO HOT TUB. They filled it in. Also, their sauna is out of order. Breakfast was amazing. Room was nice, beds were horrible though. Stayed two nights and as a 35 yr female my body is STIFF. Staff was very nice and helpful.

5 months agoWe had over 250 guests stay and enjoy themselves for an entire week. It was an unforgettable and sales kick off event. The food, the service, the rooms, and the meeting space are world class. We all loved our stay and had an amazing time. Every employee was a delight to have at our service. For example, Christopher at the front desk treated everyone like a VIP with cold waters, help with snacks and late night drinks. There wasn’t a second of the day or night we didn’t get treated like royalty. Even my daughter’s lovey got treated like a princess. What a treat ?

5 months agoUnprofessional. Smells of an high school locker room! Front desk staff Missing front teeth. Security!! Blue hair and not one Not two but three nose rings. Rooms are sub par Beds are well just a bed. Showers well….. they have water. And left over hair. Toilet has marks in it that look like what was a plumbing snake. They let people be loud and crazy. And don’t complain about!!!! You will be made the bad person! Unprofessional staff! Got accused of stealing wine. While showing new guest where the self service fridge is Fridge isn’t restocked! I had to show that I paid for the wine on my Amex app. Not where you should stay if you are paying for a luxury hotel. They are not the only hotel in town !!! Many others close by that will treat you with respect. Just because they have a convention center doesn’t mean you have to stay there!!! Walmart vendors you have much better options for much less.
