about 2 months agoThe floors above the lobby and elevators were very hot. There was construction going on in the parking lot for a restaurant that was an eyesore out my window. Was staying 4 nights and asked that extra towels be in my room but was only provided 2. Not staying at this hotel after this visit.

2 months agoExtremely loud, couldn’t sleep, floors and walls must be very thin. Dogs barking, loud stomping above. Front desk didn’t care of offer to do I anything about it. They forgot to add our aaa discount, when asked to do so they said “too late”. Very trendy atmosphere felt, smelled and sounded like I was staying at a nightclub but definitely not a high quality hotel.

5 months agoThis was an awesome place. I had never stayed at an aloft before and I loved it. They have a trendy environment, bar and evening music. There is no restaurant here however there are many across the street.

7 months agoWe have received the best customer service at ALOFT Little Rock West of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at from Sai and Tonya! They always treat me and my husband as Family! We love coming to stay with them! Aloft provides the latest and the greatest of all accommodations, and the amenities are awesome. We love the atmosphere of the Bar area and the game room! We would recommend this place to Everyone!!! We’ve only stayed there 100 times and counting, so we might know what we’re talking about. Make sure you ask for Sai or Tonya when you visit, even though there are (like our) family, we will let you borrow them while you’re there.

8 months agoIt was a uniquely unpleasant travel experience. I have never experienced a bar with terribly loud music playing into the night trying to sell itself as a hotel. So, I don’t believe that I would call this a hotel. It’s a place where you can party and then stumble to your room and crash after the party ends. The music reverberates throughout the building until very late at night, and although they say the live music will stop at 11pm, the bar stays open until midnight and they keep playing the music, so don’t expect to sleep. It’s not that kind of place. Hard to believe this is part of the Bonvoy family. I honestly feel like they have stolen our money.
