about 2 months agoI was there for "The Skirmish" bike rCe, and was able to ride safe backroads from the hotel to downtown. This hotel is so classy. From the event center to the local decorative details in the room, this hotel speaks, northeast AR pride. Arkansas pride. Everything was immaculately clean, the on-site restaurant bar were great, but alternatives were a short uber-ride or walk away. In house Starbucks ensures a caffeine fix as you head out on your day. Jonesboro is going places, and the Embassy is there to make the trip the best possible experience.

2 months agoWe stayed here while moving our son into his apartment. This was by far the best stay we have had in a long time. From the time we got there until the time we left it was great. The free breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have had. The location was perfect for our stay. Just down the road from where our son moved into. We will definitely look at staying at this hotel again.

2 months agoWe did not need a room, but it requires I rate that as well, so... We met financial advisor in the lobby for annual meeting. Perfect setting. Clean, comfortable, quiet. It was a weekday, so not crazy busy. Plenty of parking. Easy access and only a few miles up the road from me. Restrooms were spotless with hands-free amenities. Personnel were very friendly and helpful, smiling and pleasant. For obvious reasons, we only had water this time; however, I have visit on other occasions and highly recommend the pineapple monitor! js ?

3 months agoBed is decent When I ran a bath dirt came out but water was hot Curtains dont block light well becayse they dont close properly Dirty in many places included in pics Towels scratchy Spacious and provided microwave and fridge which was nice and cold Pool ice cold and hot tub was dirty when jets came on. Overchlorinated (foamy) in there which is not good for your skin or to breathe in. Overall aside from cleanliness, breakfast was tasty and staff were very friendly. It was a decent hotel just needs to be cleaned more.

4 months agoGreg the Chef is amazing!!! This man held down the line, the food tasted better on his shift and he made no mistakes handling three omelettes at the same time with a line out of the door. I really appreciate meeting this man today. His service outshined the prior day. I can tell that Greg has been a chef for quite some time and his talent shines bright. This man deserves recognition for all of his hard work. It was a pleasure to meet you! Keep shining Greg ???
