This Hilton Garden Inn offers a mixed experience, with recent guests praising exceptional service and cleanliness, while others highlight issues with room conditions and limited amenities. Despite positive feedback regarding staff assistance, concerns about outdated facilities and inconsistent quality are present.
Overall, this hotel was very nice and clean, and I enjoyed my stay. I was disappointed in the restaurant, however. Very small with no natural light. It felt like they decided to build a bar and, at the last minute, thought to include a few tables. I wasn't happy with the food. The cheeseburger was overdone. Be that as it may, what really bothered me was that the bottled water in the room cost $2 unless you were a Hilton Silver Rewards member or above. I am a Rewards member, but not a Silver. It seems to me that bottled water would be free with a room at $130/night, or at least, free to all Hilton Rewards members. I think that is petty, and the kind of detail that turns people off. I will not be returning.
It wasnt horrible but it wasnt the best. There were definitely stains on the sheets. I calmly asked for some new ones and while changing them, they must not use protectors on the mattresses because there was a pee stain on the physical mattress which was pretty gross but I just put the layers on and sucked it up but probably wouldn't stay here again due to it.
Everything was exactly what weve come to enjoy and expect from Hilton. Nothing wrong but the Breakfast buffet was exactly the same every day. Some variety would've been nice. Yes there is an indoor pool but it's not a "heated" indoor pool, it's freezing!
Stayed there for two days for work trip. Everything was great. Shirin is the best - I forgot my receipt of breakfast for reimburse. She worked with kitchen and dug into the record locating my original receipts for me. Greatly appreciated for all the patience and service - highly recommended.
These comments are only on the room; I didn't experience issues with the rest of the hotel, which was pleasant enough. The bed was comfortable. Two out of two lamps in the room had faulty light bulbs. The bathroom is showing its age--water/rust damage. The carpet needs a deep cleaning. There was no fan control for the HVAC--it was either on full and louid or off. Overall, the room is not up to Garden Inn standards. There are other hotels in the vicinity, and next time I'll try one of those.
