about 2 months agoWow, I could live here. Friendly staff with one mistake on billing that was cleared up without an any issues. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing!!! Make sure to get there early during holidays if not you’ll be waiting in line a while. The omelets were amazing! The chef deserves a raise. There were plenty of food options with fruit and pastries. I’ll definitely stay here again! Good location and close to everything in hot springs.

about 2 months agoThis is my first stay and it was meh! For $200 per night I expected much better. Room 704 is a corner room that is divided by a door and restroom in between. There was plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. There was some kind of issue with the AC system and the air was blowing for 2 days straight but the air temp was around 60-62 coming out of the vent; too warm. The room would never get below 75F during the day. Uncomfortable! There was a temporary chiller outside in the parking lot, so there must have been an issue with the cooling system. Breakfast was bad! No plates available at the buffet; had to take one from another location in the lobby. There was 1 girl trying to keep up with bussing tables, putting out food etc. She was really trying but needed help. I saw 2 guys that worked for the hotel in some capacity with their ball caps on backwards and sideways. Must have been the wanna be gangster patrol. The manager needs to get the employees straightened out. I expect better from a so called 3 star hotel. The hotel says it has gone through an update and the carpet looked very nice but they should have updated the old tired bathrooms. Old school tub with a curtain is a step backwards for any hotel chain. Why didn't they upgrade the showers to a glass enclosure without the tub? Overall the place is overpriced for what is offered. I stayed at a La Quinta in another city last week for half the price and it was fantastic.

2 months agoWhat an excellent hotel! My family of 5 stayed here for one night on May 20th. Billy at the front desk was welcoming and helpful, giving us local recommendations for dinner which were spot on. The room was spotless and spacious with two queen beds and a pullout couch with a very comfortable mattress, surprisingly. The entire hotel is very well cared for and clean. Breakfast was really good and plentiful. The hotel does charge a fee for parking, $10 I believe, but it is a true convention hotel as it is connected to the center. It is also in walking distance to the National Park.

2 months agoGreat location. Walking distance to Bathhouse Row and only a few minutes from Magic Springs. The hotel provides 2 complimentary cocktails for each night of your stay. The rooms are very clean. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Hot Springs!

5 months agoI had the most wonderful weekend here for a school trip. The front desk Lady, Miss. JoJo I believe was her name was very kind in helping me print out my items. The staff are all very patient and the cleaner who got us towels was very nice! Would stay here again. Shout out to the night staff who got us all checked in! Thank you Embassy Hot Springs.
