Staff was all super friendly and helpful including front desk and valet. The back had almost hidden balcony areas which were super cool. My overall stay was really clean and comfortable, and I'd reccomend it if whoever doesn't mind it being an older building. They have a dedicated valet parking lane so guests don't have to worry about parking. The only downside to that is trying to maneuver around when the streets are busier, but it isn't too bad. It was beautiful inside and out.
I enjoyed my stay at The Waters. We were on the front of the building, so my husband found it loud and hard to sleep, due to sirens, but it did not bother me. They did provide earplugs. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The location is great, especially if you are coming into town and do not want to leave the national park area. On the occasion that I stayed, in the winter, they had some heating issues, but graciously provided extra blankets, and a space heater. I would stay here again.
We enjoyed a lovely stay at The Water’s Hotel in Hot Springs. Located in the middle of Bathhouse row we found many things to do and visit. Hotel staff were very helpful during our stay. If driving - one can Valet or find local parking. We choose valet for the ease. We didn’t take in the exercise room as there are many hikes in the park and street area to explore.
This place was great! Super cute and convenient and just what I was looking for! Our very first impression of our stay was James in valet who immediately gave us 10/10 customer service. That alone would make me want to come back! The atmosphere, location and rooms are awesome!
We stayed at The Waters Hot Springs, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, in January to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is charming, well-maintained, and ideally located on Bath Row, making restaurants, shops, and attractions easily walkable. The room was comfortable, although street noise from loud vehicles was noticeable at times, which appears to be a local traffic issue rather than a hotel concern. Nearby activities were excellent, and guests should reserve bathhouse experiences well in advance, as reservations may be required up to 3 weeks in advance, and availability is limited. The Hot Springs Mountain Tower offered fantastic views, the food along Bath Row was outstanding, and the trip was memorable and relaxing. The valet service (PMC) was excellent, too. They do a great job - tip them well. We would gladly return.
