Our stay at the Reserve was exceptional. The entire experience was made even more enjoyable by the wonderful owners. They made us feel like we were at home. The room was fit for a King and his Queen. The breakfast was amazing! None better anywhere. Best place to relax and stay in Hot Springs.

Had an amazing stay at The Reserve! Mark and Donna have done an amazing job with their renovations and attention to detail. They took time out of their undoubtedly busy morning to ensure we had everything we needed and we were well taken care of. The rooms are well appointed and extremely clean. There is a quaint welcoming feel upon arrival. The water features and landscaping on the property are perfect for a stroll after breakfast or in the evening. For those of us on the heavier side the bed was too soft but for others it is probably ideal, I had a difficult time getting comfortable. I would have liked a shower head with more flow or more nozzles but the bathroom was spacious and private and didn’t feel cramped like most hotels. The decor was perfect for the setting and from what I could tell no two rooms were exactly the same. The breakfast was impeccable every morning and no two meals were the same during our stay. Chef Nathan puts an elegant twist on dishes like Steak and Eggs one morning and Eggs Benedict and Grits another. The Hollandaise sauce was the best I’ve ever had. We will 100% stay here again the next time we are in Hot Springs.

This was hands down one of the best weekend getaways we have ever had. The Reserve is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast is phenomenal. The owners and staff are incredibly kind and go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and have everything you need. The grounds are gorgeous and you can see the horse track from the balcony. We will absolutely be back and recommend this for any couple that needs to get away.

We had a lovely visit at the Reserve this past weekend. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the morning delivery of coffee to our room. The daily breakfast and Nathan’s cookies were delicious. The location is perfect if you plan to spend time at Oaklawn (5 minute walk). I would like to single out Lisa. She greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the main home. She even went so far as to bring us a small bottle of champagne in an ice bucket to our room when I had forgotten to bring a bottle for my husband’s birthday. THAT is 5 star service! Will definitely stay here again!

We just stayed at The Reserve in Hot Springs this weekend and it was truly incredible. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. Every staff member was genuinely kind, attentive, and eager to help, which made the entire experience feel special and effortless. The property itself is stunning. Multiple cozy fireplaces throughout created such a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the food was absolutely amazing and easily one of the highlights of our stay. Sitting on the balcony and being able to see the race track was such a unique and memorable touch. Everything about our stay felt thoughtful, comfortable, and well done. If you are looking for a place that combines great food, beautiful views, and exceptional service, The Reserve is an absolute must. We cannot wait to come back!!
