Stacie is a great hostess! The unit was quite clean when we arrived and stocked with a number of small features that most don’t think to include, but are super nice to have (like bug spray to use in the beautiful backyard), and super comfortable beds and living room lounge furniture. Communication was excellent and super helpful for the visit. Stacie also offered us breakfast every day, which was quite wonderful. We took her up on it and the frittata was tasty. Also the location was so close to so many shops and restaurants. If I’m ever back in Little Rock, I will definitely check if one of her cottages was available. This is a must stay place!

The cottages were beautifully designed, spotless, and extremely comfortable, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere from the moment we arrived. I especially appreciated the stylish décor, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful details throughout the cottage that made the stay feel both modern and welcoming. The outdoor spaces and quiet environment added even more charm and relaxation to the experience. The staff members and hosts were friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making guests feel comfortable throughout the visit. The location was also convenient for exploring downtown Little Rock restaurants, parks, and local attractions while still feeling private and peaceful. Everything throughout the property appeared immaculate and professionally maintained. This is definitely one of the best boutique lodging experiences in Little Rock and highly recommended for couples, weekend trips, and relaxing getaways.

We had a wonderful time in Little Rock where we were able to walk to downtown. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful with lovely historic homes and great restaurants within walking distance. The yard was spacious, shady, and filled with birds and flowers. Breakfast was provided the day prior so we could wake up and cook/heat at our leisure. The jetted tub was much appreciated. For the price, this place is hard to beat. We'd definitely stay here again.

My sister and I had such a wonderful time in Hayward Cottage. Stacie was so accommodating. The cottage was cozy and clean. I cannot recommend this place enough. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Hi Stacie, just wanted to say THANK YOU for your hospitality. Barkley Cottage was truly a slice of heaven after our drive from Austin. The large fenced in back yard was great for our dog Ruby, and the cottage was a home away from home. Ruby, my son Will and I thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay!
