I rate this hotel 3.5 stars overall. The rooms are spacious and in good condition. The bed is quite comfortable. There were plenty of towels and pillows. The people working the front desk are "hit or miss" because they tend to go to the back office, close the door, and put a sign on the counter saying they'll be back soon. I suggest they replace that sign with a bell for customers to get their attention. The main reason for my 3.5 star rating is because THIS HOTEL CHARGES FOR PARKING. I discovered this at check-in when the total amount quoted was higher than the rate on my reservation. The person who checked me in didn't immediately reveal the charge - I had to have her break it down for me before she told me about it. She also said the charge is because Marriott has mandated this hotel charge it. My B.S. antennas went up when I heard this. After checking in, I looked at all the other Marriott properties in this vacinity of the city and none were charging for parking. And I've never had to pay for parking at any Marriott hotel in this class anywhere in the country (unless it was downtown). At checkout, I told the clerk that I didn't want to pay the parking charge and it was refunded to me. I suggest you do the same.

Stayed here 2 nights ago and as soon as I walked in, the tall, braided night clerk was ready and excited to help me. He asked fun questions making me feel welcome and even helped us figure out a user error air conditioning issue. In the morning, the blonde, female clerk was helpful with the touchy ice machines. My room was clean and underpriced for the quality we got. Breakfast was great too with a smiling breakfast attendant and janitor helping and making their rounds.

Stayed here for 1 night. Overall a good experience at this hotel. I want to highlight the gym at this hotel. The gym is a decent size, but was made it great was the equipment. Specifically the cable machine. That made for a better workout. Staff was friendly and welcoming for me and the lobby smelled so good!

I had surgery at a nearby facility and when the kind woman at the front desk found out, she provided waters and snacks for us! This is going above and beyond and she deserves special recognition. The hotel room was well equipped and very spacious. Hot water was great, and the AC in our room worked well. The beds were clean and comfy.

A bit disappointed with this hotel. I usually love Springhill Suites as they are exceptional in comfort for the price they offer. This one was a bit lacking. Perhaps we just got a lemon of a room and the rest are great. The front desk personnel were very friendly and kind. Pillows were not tremendously comfortable, the shower did not get hot and the air didn’t work well in the room. Room was clean and spacious though
