We stayed as an extended friends and family group in late April 2026 here. Pros : ==== Will start by Complimenting Mr Gary the FANTASTIC Gentleman who checked us in , PLUS, Mr. Jay the FANTASTIC Chef at the Restaurant ! This Hotel has amazingly managed to hire some of the BEST of the BEST Hotel Staff at ALL levels ! Congratulations Marriott , you got a Home run here ! Very Beautiful Property with ample FREE parking. Beautiful Courtyard with a Hot pit to sit around . Pool was not open for the season. One of BEST of the BEST Marriott properties we stayed in. Beautiful Internal decor and ambience. Very warm and welcoming from the get go . Ultra Clean ! The in-house restaurant is awesome for a nice made to order dinner for our group by the AMAZING evening Chef ! The food prices at this magnificent Restaurant PLUS BAR is very REASONABLE for a comparative Super Quality Meal. Our entire group enjoyed the meals here. The Check-in front desk Gentleman on April 20 th Mon evening was fantastic too ! The BEST is the awesome staff we met on night of April 20 th Mon 2026 and AM of Tues April 21 st. On Noon of April 21 st Tues we met the Hotel Manager Lady and the Regional Manager who was very nice and kind enough to help us on our day of April 21 st and kindly oblige us with a slightly extended check out time ! ALL staff we MET , were very kind, very friendly and EXCEPTIONALLY Helpful . We enjoyed this single day stay and were sorry to leave this property which is very serene and calming ! We will DEFINITELY stay back here when we come back to West Little Rock , Arkansas . Cons ==== This hotel location is a GPS nightmare . Beware if you are using GPS - it will take you around circles . Hotel management told us that Google Maps have failed to correct their coordinates after the massive NEW ROAD construction around the Hotel . Give yourself ample time if you plan to leave the Hotel and run errands during especially the night time which we don't recommend . For those who want FREE Breakfast , this is not available here ; in ALL fairness , we were CLEARLY made aware by Marriott.com about this fact well in advance !

I stayed here for a night while driving myself from Indiana to Texas. I mainly wanted to review this property because of Gary. Gary was very warm and welcoming. Gary made sure all of my needs were met when I checked in. Give Gary a raise, he has a fantastic front desk person.

The property and my room were clean and comfortable. My stay was for 3 days, as booked. My room was not made up during my stay, and to my knowledge there was no mention of this during the booking or at the front desk. The front desk supplied me with extra towels but I was surprised this was the case at a Marriot property. The free breakfast was spartan at best, understandable since they have a Bistro paid breakfast available.

Stopped in for a night after a long work day out of state. The rooms were tidy and I had a balcony to watch over my vehicle. The best part however was the staff, from check in they were very nice and personable. Gary made me feel like I was at home with family, a very exceptional human with an unmatched kindness. I definitely recommend coming here.

I never leave a review but I've stayed at this hotel a few times with co-workers and overall the experience is usually pleasant. I want to specifically recognize Gary at the front desk, who consistently provides excellent customer service. He is friendly, professional, and always makes us feel welcome. Employees like him truly make a difference. I would also like to compliment one of the bistro cooks whose name begins with J. (I think it may be Johnny) He is a very good cook and always kind and polite. The quality of the food and his attitude are appreciated, unlike the others that work at the bistro, which is why I cannot give 5 stars. It impacts the overall dining experience. This has occurred twice. I hope management will address this, as customer service should be consistent across all staff. With a few improvements, this hotel could be excellent across the board.
