2 months agoI have stayed here for work and for fun. I have never had a bad experience. Conveniently located. Food/drink options in house. Always very clean. Staff is always very helpful. Hotel of choice in downtown Little Rock.

3 months agoThis is one of those hotels that has a theme/style that is all about the form and in the end, lacks the function. With a bathroom that functionally did not work (shower head that as repaired in a way that the handheld did not fit in the bracket, loose toilet seat, a faucet that was set to have too much pressure for the shallow sink and sprayed my pants when I turned it on, etc), it is hard to give a good review. I gave 2 stars because the staff at the front desk were nice. There are lots of food options in the area and I'd definitely recommend going anywhere else besides this hotel for food. The food I had was just not that good.

5 months agoFrom check in to check out, our stay was fantastic! The staff were superb and our rooms were even better. This is a beautiful hotel with modern, sleek but comfortable rooms. We loved the double headed shower!! I stayed with my husband and three teenage kids who are not easy to please but they were all very happy with our entire stay. Can’t wait to come back!

7 months agoMy family and I intended to celebrate the New Year at a new hotel. While the staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable, they were slightly small. The most significant issue we encountered was the breakfast service. As a family of five, we were informed that we would receive a grab-and-go breakfast. Unfortunately, on New Year’s Day, the rooms were fully booked due to the high number of visitors in town. Consequently, we were unable to obtain a hot breakfast for a room that was priced at over $120 per night. Therefore, we strongly advise against booking this hotel. one booking a room on new years.

10 months agoMy valet experience at the AC Hotel in downtown Little Rock was overall pleasant during my stay from October 8–12, 2025. I especially want to recognize Mr. Adrian for his excellent service. He greeted me on my first night and was courteous, respectful, and very accommodating. He even assisted me with my luggage at check-in, which I greatly appreciated. However, at check-out around 6 a.m., I had a noticeably different experience. The valet on duty at that time did not greet me or offer assistance with my luggage. While this may have been an early hour, a simple greeting or offer to help would have made the experience more consistent with the high standard of service provided by Mr. Adrian.
