about 2 months agoMrs Sherrell was extremely helpful and friendly at the front desk. Our rooms were clean and comfortable beds. The pool was nice and relaxing. We were able to see downtown from the pool.

Sonja who does breakfast went beyond for my family who is late making it to breakfast she went way out of her way and make sure that the kids had cereal muffins fruits she was so awesome and nice. The pool is great great location just overall a fun place to stay with a nice staff.

2 months agoGreat experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel had a clean and modern appearance, and the rooms were larger than expected. Everything was organized, quiet, and comfortable throughout the stay. The location was convenient for restaurants, downtown attractions, and nearby highways, making travel around the city very easy. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked, and the staff did an excellent job keeping everything fresh. One thing that stood out most was the friendliness of the employees, who made guests feel welcome and appreciated. Overall, Comfort Inn & Suites Presidential is a reliable and affordable hotel with good service, comfortable accommodations, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for both business and family travel.

3 months agoOverall the hotel was great. The front desk lady was super helpful, Angelique. The only issue we had with the room was the drain in the shower wasnt draining fast enough and she sent someone right away. But the room was clean and we enjoyed the food/bar place they had.

3 months agoI really enjoyed my stay. Jennifer at the front desk was so delightful. A real loss she is leaving. She has such a great personality....Your Mr Wonderful bartender with the Chicago Bulls hat lol very attentive...and was precise on the food being done in 17 minutes. He will know...haha...Very pleasant experience with knowledge of places to eat in the area. Really kind people. The rooms were quiet and clean.
