We loved our stay at 21c Museum Hotel Bentonville. From the moment you walk in, it feels completely different from what you expect from a typical hotel. You’re essentially walking into a museum filled with very cool modern art, which makes the whole experience unique. The staff was incredibly friendly everywhere we went, from the front desk to the restaurant and room service. Everyone made us feel very welcome. The hotel amenities were great and everything felt thoughtful and well taken care of. Dinner at The Hive was delicious, and the cocktails were incredible. The town itself is also very special. The food was great, the weather was beautiful, and there are so many outdoor activities to enjoy. We really loved the people and how friendly everyone was. Thank you for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back.

I proposed in this hotel last weekend. I had trouble booking online- probably operator error. When I called I talked to Matthew, who helped me with my reservation. I informed him of the special occasion, and the accommodation was mind-blowing. The staff expressed their excitement for myself and my now fiancé. We were upgraded rooms and given a credit to ‘The Hive’- their amazing restaurant in the lobby. When we arrived to our room we found a trail of rose pedals on the floor leading to the bedroom, a bottle of champagne in a bucket of ice, and a plate of chocolate truffles waiting for us. The free upgrade included a balcony (almost) large enough to be a loft apartment. After the proposal, we took the 3-minute walk from the hotel to the Bentonville square for dinner. The location, accommodation and friendliness of the staff were something I’ve never experienced in hospitality. We WILL be back very soon. Well done 21c! Well done!

Fantastic place! From check in to check out. Room was generously sized, bed (king size) was super comfortable, bathroom was great!! Sitting area was the cherry on top! Loved all the Artwork, especially the Penguins (look them up) The hotel ristorante, The Hive, offers farm to table, best breakfast!! Dinner was also great!

Just got back from a three night stay with the good people of 21C Bentonville. It was my first time to Bentonville, and the property is right in the middle of everything we went there for. We were able to walk to the Crystal Bridges museum, which was one of the primary reasons we went down there. I also didn't know this going into the weekend, but they are right on a 38 mile trail too! The room was great. It was one of the three best hotel rooms of my life, I think. We got the Nightcap at the Museum each night as well! On our last evening there, we were on the trail headed to one of the art installations, and were yelled at by what I guess is a Nazi sympathizer? I was wearing an anti-Nazi shirt (bold choice, I know) and this guy got real mad. Then he called me a derogatory word for homosexual men, because I had a pit bull. Curious. I don't blame Arkansas for that. Those morons are everywhere. great weekend, great location, and we had some very nice local beers.

We loved the hotel and its location. The hotel was clean, interesting with the art, had friendly staff and a nice restaurant. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and well equipped fitness center. Housekeeping was good but not great-lacking thoroughness. The lobby area is comfortable but lacks a coziness. The hotel has a great location and is very walkable to downtown and Crystal Bridges. To date, our favorite hotel in Bentonville.
