2 months agoGreatly enjoyed the Memorial weekend stay at the Avail. The facilities are beautiful, the service from the front desk was perfect. Due to the weekend rush the coffee shop in the hotel was a little overrun, seemingly understaffed and ran out of breakfast treats pretty fast. But other than that small issue, I'd definitely return for another stay when I'm in the area.

From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality, making me feel right at home. The lobby was beautifully designed, blending modern elegance with local charm, which set a welcoming tone for my stay. The room itself was spacious and tastefully decorated, featuring comfortable furnishings and all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the attention to detail. One of the highlights was the on-site dining options. The restaurant offered a delicious menu that showcased regional flavors, and the breakfast offered Onyx coffee. The bar had a fantastic selection of craft cocktails, perfect for winding down in the evening. Location-wise, Hotel Avail is ideally situated near local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, my stay at Hotel Avail Rogers was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, style, and top-notch service. I can’t wait to return!

5 months agoI rarely write reviews but Hotel Avail deserves 5 stars . From check in to dinner everyone was so sweet. My fiancé had planned a surprised proposal for me and I’m grateful that the staff got to be a part of it. Everyone was in on it and I had absolutely no clue which made everything more bittersweet. Regardless of how dinner was , Aaron our waiter made sure to attend to us in a timely manner. Me and my fiancé will for sure make Hotel Avail our special stay each year. ??

What truly distinguished this experience was Ella, whose service exceeded expectations and made me feel genuinely cared for. She checked in, anticipated requests, and ensured that everything was addressed promptly and thoughtfully. Her professionalism, kindness, and sincere commitment to guest service significantly enhanced the experience, transforming a good stay into an outstanding one.
