Stopped over for an overnight pull through. PERFECT. Clean, courteous staff, large concrete pads and nice dog park. Highly recommend

Pathfinder RV Resort in Alma, Arkansas is a welcome relief after staying at a very, over-priced KOA in New Bern, NC. I could write a short novel after my first week here... Starting with Karen, the Super-Friendly Manager who booked my two-month stay. Pathfinder is a fairly new Campground that just doubled their capacity to 70 spaces. The Pros: Friendliest Owners and Staff ever! All spaces are long, concrete pads and patios. Long enough for my 41' Montana 5th-2heel, my F350 crewcut, longed dually.. plus some! A big, Catch and Release fishing pond with a gravel walking path around it. Spotless Laundry room has five washers and dryers! ($2.50 per load). Beautiful, private shower rooms. Swimming pool and large playground to entertain the young ones! Fenced in dog run.. Propane available at low-cost. The daily rates are just over $50, stay a week and night 7 is free. Monthly rates are great !! $600 per, and that includes 1000kW of electricity. ?. Most sites are level.. but not all. My site has a sharp slant on one side and required three layers of tire blocks. The Cons: I love to get out and walk in the morning, and thought the path around the large pond would be great.. but it is made up of quite large gravel which makes for a lot of discomfort (feet and ankles) for us older folk. (my neighbor agreed.. said she walked it once, and no more). The Campground is sandwiched between I-40, and Hwy 64, so there is some road noise, but not really noticeable unless you're sitting outside. An occasional train horn, maybe 2-3 times a day. Oh yea, and one loud barking dog (hope to take care of that soon). Pretty sure this Campground will be on my annual route from now on.

If you're on the highway passing through and if your tired of driving you need to just come HERE and stay the night. Get off at exit 13 on I-40 You'll be in a very safe environment & sleep like a baby. A very beautiful luxurious Clubhouse w storm shelter in case we get a twister. ? 6 private bathroom stalls with showers incl spacious rooms. a beautiful laundry room 6 washer and dryers. In the CLUBHOUSE you'll find a huge library of DVDs that you'll be able to borrow and check out and books to read puzzles things for kids they have a beautiful swimming pool that's open seasonally 2 dog runs that are extremely clean with a bench do you can relax while your dog sniffs around. The owners are absolutely wonderful. Hard working individuals always pleasant. Walmart is just down the street Pizza McDonald's Steakhouse Harps grocery store post office it's a great little area. You have a wide walking path to walk your pets but PLEASE clean up after your babies on the whole property bc we need to keep this PARK nice and clean. They Supply the poop bags and the garbage cans for the dog poop so please do your PART and clean up after your pets. it goes without saying- It stays nice because of that reason. You will REALLY ENJOY being here. The people are so sweet. We all make sure we take our garbage out DAILY so we don't attract any rodents. Please try not to drive on grass its all new thru out the park. Big concrete pads w new bench picnic tables. THERE'S A beautiful pond in the back that's catch and release. 2 geese that will greet you on your walk. You can't beat it This is like the best RV Park in the area and we've interviewed about 10 of them. Clean! You'll be really happy here. Real quiet. Bring your camera! Arkansas is great! I give 10 ? if i could. We enjoy our time here.

The park is a newer park with good sized concrete level parking pads and was very clean. The check-in was pleasant and welcoming with Karen (and her golden retriever GUS) who we enjoyed meeting. There is some freeway noise and nearby train noise but was not overly loud. We enjoyed our one night stay and would return again when in the area.

We have a 40ft motor home plus 2 cars, had plenty of room to park in front of our RV. The sites, restrooms and laundry area are spotless. They also have a propane filling station. The pool area is one of the newest and largest we have seen. It can accommodate anyone in your family. The owners are sociable and onsite.This is one of the nicest places we have seen.
