We made a quick stop here to sleep for the night. Rooms weren’t fancy but they were clean. We didn’t get to look around much because it was dark when we arrived and we left while it was still dark. I could see they had a pool, restaurant and bar but I didn’t try them. It was a perfect stop for the night.

This was a great place to stay. All of the staff were friendly. I stayed for a little over 3 weeks and everyone felt like family. They learned my routines and chatted me up whenever they saw me. The open spaces are great. I used the gym daily. The water feature was an added touch. I feel I should mention that a microwave and fridge are not included, but that didn't take away from my stay. It's in the heart of downtown Fort Smith. I was within walking distance of great food places and music venues. Highly recommend

The location is great, and the staff are really nice. However, the cleanliness is lacking, and the overall facilities as well. The pool is closed for maintenance, which is not communicated when you get checked in. Only one elevator works, but there is no sign indicating it nor is it communicated at check in. The rooms are not clean, our room had a stain on the blanket, stains on the lamp, shades, mold on the window frame, mold on the shower grout, and there was an old coffee pod still left in the coffee maker from the previous guests. The furniture in the room, as well as throughout the hotel has a run down a shabby feel to it, this hotel needs a facelift. We won’t be back. The courtyard is much better.

My family and I were here for a volleyball tournament. The location is convenient if you play next door at the convention center. The staff are also very nice and helpful. Lastly, our dinner we had at the hotel was pretty basic but tasted fresh, reasonably priced, and pretty tasty. Other then these few items the hotel has a lot to be desired. The elevators were frequently not working, pool closed for repairs, rooms had a musy smell, and the hotel needs a good update. Also, with the layout of the rooms all the noise from floors below just carries up and into the rooms.

Stayed one night in between travels, wish we stayed longer. The entire staff was GREAT, and very helpful. Bed was very comfortable, rooms were clean - room we had didn't have a mini fridge but we didn't need one, and there were no trash bags in trashcan . The parking lot is small, but theres free steet parking and garage access acroxs the street. Overall still 5 stars - beautiful hotel, bar was a nice plus and breakfast was delicious. You normally don't find nice hotels that are pet friendly this one went above and beyond expectations. Love Wyndham hotels .
