Excellent experience. Better than staying in a chain hotel. The woodwork and atmosphere was amazing. The hotel manager was more than accommodating. Will definitely make a point to return to this amazing place.

I recently drove cross country and wanted a unique stay in the Mississippi Delta area. The Edwardian was a truly unique and beautiful property but the real highlight was the innkeeper Robert and his lovely wife. As it was an off season mid week visit I was the only guest in residence and they treated me like family. I will not forget the conversations and kindnesses offered me here.

I’m from West Helena and i don’t get to stay in many places outside of my grandmothers home whenever i visit but this time, due to so many people at her home, we decided to find somewhere else to stay. The Edwardian Inn was GREAT! I love the Victorian style rooms and the wood? I was in LOVE. Ive already told my grandmother that I’ll be staying there again when i come home. Lucked into this Bed & Breakfast as a last minute reservation while traveling. What a beautiful surprise this place is! Robert and his wife were great hosts. The room was perfect, huge, clean and comfortable. The workmanship and woodworking in this B&B is amazing. Breakfast was a real treat with options for several different items. The home was built in 1904. We will definitely make a trip back to this lovely gem.

Absolutely recommend! We loved staying here while doing the research on purchasing our home. Robert is a very caring, informative and perfectly attentive innkeeper plus he serves a delicious breakfast. The inn is lovely and very comfortable. We have stayed in several rooms and suites and we liked them all very much. Comfy beds, lovely antiques, just everything to let us feel as if we lived in the Gilded Age - but with modern full bathroom facilities, of course! All at once grand and cozy, we had a great and stress-free experience every time. We are looking forward to future events and activities here as businesses are able to re-open, expand and provide them, yoga on the veranda, perhaps a rumor of brunch someday, stay tuned!
