Trout Run Lodge had everything we needed and the location was perfect. The view of the White River was lovely and so relaxing. We hope to stay again next year!

Cottage on the Creek - S. Sylamore Creek. Very well-maintained cottage, walking distance to private creek access and a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. 30 minute drive to Blanchard Springs Caverns. Host is very responsive. This is our third visit, and we plan to return again soon!

We spent 5 days at the Camphouse on Livingston Creek & absolutely loved it. The location was perfect: Right on the creek, with quiet neighbors nearby but not too close. The cabin was nicely appointed and the loft held our three college-aged boys perfectly. The beds and linens were great. The recommendations for activities were great as well. We hiked nearby trails, hired a fishing guide, explored Mountian View, hung out in the creek, built a bonfire & enjoyed much needed family time before the boys scatter to colleges again.

My husband and I stayed in Skoolie overnight for our 12 year anniversary. It was a blast! The bus is so cute and everything was very clean! I can't recommend it enough! Will definitely be bringing our kiddos next time to stay in one of the cabins! Edit to add: We are currently staying in the Hikers Hut and it is perfect. The location, the cabin, etc.. I kinda wish I lived here ? We are staying the weekend for my husband's birthday. Will definitely be staying with Fireside Retreats for all of our future adventures too!

When you want to escape the city and soak in the serenity of nature, this is the place to be. I absolutely love everything about Emily's Fireside Retreats, the wooded locations of the cabins, serene atmosphere, precious, simplistic, thoughtful design, cleanliness and most of all the range of affordable rates. This was my second visit. This time I stayed in the Little Fox Cottage for a grandma, granddaughter retreat. What a beautiful view of the river. I will definitely be back. Thanks Emily
