Embassy Suites Little Rock offers spacious suites and a convenient location, highlighted by a comfortable stay and excellent breakfast. However, recent reviews have raised concerns regarding inconsistent service, outdated amenities, and occasional maintenance issues like power outages.
First of all I requested a walk in shower on my phone call with a live person while making a reservation in which the rep placed me on hold to make sure that my request can be granted just to be told that walk-in showers are for wheels chair accessible only when we arrived. We get to the room getting ready to iron and it was all busted up and cracked. Called the front desk but they took too long so I went to the front desk myself to show a Pic and also get another iron. That one didn't work so they brought me another one and now I have three irons. Day two they cleaned the room and left not a one wash cloth or towel go back to the front desk to complain yet again. The service rep tried to give me hand towels and I explained to her that we have some of those left over from the previous day and that we needed towels and wash clothes this lady told me that they didn't have any and then proceeded to offer me 10,000 reward points. I told her that I don't want points, I want wash clothes. After staring at me she said we'll I just got here for the night like it was no big deal. I asked to speak to a manager and she said what can the manager do we still don't have any wash clothes. I will never stay at another hiltom. I am so ready to go home.
I enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites West Little Rock. The suite was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast was well done and the location is convenient. The only downsides were that music played in the atrium throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep, and the TVs could use an update to better support modern streaming options. If those two things are improved, this would be an excellent stay all around. I would stay here again, but I hope the nighttime noise policy and TV setup are updated.
I had a really great stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Little Rock! ????? I stayed there last week, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the room was absolutely massive. Honestly, calling it a “room” almost feels wrong. It felt more like a full-blown apartment. ? There was tons of space, two TVs, a microwave, a fridge, and pretty much everything you could possibly need. It was roomy, comfortable, and perfect for being able to spread out and actually relax instead of feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase in a shoebox. ? One of the coolest little features was having the room key built right into my phone. Super convenient. No extra key card to keep track of, no digging through pockets, no “where did I put that thing?” moment at the door. Just tap and go. ?? The breakfast was really good too! They had great omelettes, good coffee, and a whole bunch of different options, which is always a huge win when you’re traveling. ?? The location was also very convenient and close to everything, which made getting around easy. Between the massive room, friendly staff, clean hotel, good breakfast, and convenient location, Embassy Suites by Hilton Little Rock was a great stay all around. I’d definitely stay there again! ??
I recently had the opportunity to host a professional boxing event at the Embassy Suites in Little Rock, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel staff was extremely professional, attentive, and accommodating throughout the entire process. From the initial planning stages to the day of the event, their team made sure everything ran smoothly and that every detail was handled with care. The event space was clean, well organized, and perfectly suited for hosting a large gathering. Their support with the setup made a big difference in the overall success of our event. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay enjoyable for our fighters, staff, and guests traveling in from out of town. The location is also excellent and very convenient for visitors. One of the highlights was the breakfast. The made-to-order omelets and the variety of options available each morning were fantastic and a great way to start the day. I would also like to personally thank the General Manager for being so helpful and supportive throughout the event. Their leadership and willingness to assist truly stood out and made the entire experience even better. Overall, Embassy Suites Little Rock exceeded expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel for both personal stays and professional events.
After a cross country road trip, my husband and I were dog tired. I picked the Embassy here as it was across from a place I had chosen to eat. I'm completely happy. Room was super clean. It's got dated fixtures, but it's comfortable and I have zero complaints on the cleanliness. My tub looks great, beds are comfy, the fridge and microwave were great...love the layout. Embassy is awesome. The lobby was lovely and a popular + lively gathering place. My service dogs enjoyed how spacious this room was also! A few relief spots outside made for convenient breaks for them. I encountered several friendly staff members and the young lady sweeping by the front door was ON IT. A busy rainy evening, she was doing great keeping up on cleaning the lobby floor. I was so impressed by her. Taking one star off because of a power outage at midnight that continues now through the night. I think something should be done. It got very hot in the room, dark, no tv
