about 2 months agoThe room was the best part. Except the mini fridge had weird temp control. Hospitality here misses though. First, I don't need religious logos pushed at me from check in onward. Overheard lots of staff bickering amd discussing other guests in public. Restaurant being fully inside the hotel but room charges not allowed is weird. The rooms overlooking the lobby are also kind of weird, though they were quiet. Beds are top notch though.

3 months agoPlace looked great on website. Guess the wording wasnt clear enough that breakfast was not included. Saw a few different hotels in the area and selected this one because of the cool pool. Drive 6 hours to get here and the place is under major construction. Pool drained and has large scaffolding in it. Was indoor/outdoor and left a huge hole in the wall so lobby was at best 50deg and windy. Restaurant inside was not busy and food was below average. Bartender tried his best with what he had to work with. Made a killer daiquiri. Construction was loud and messy. Will not ever return.

3 months agoI have been completely won over by the service and thoughtfulness of this Marriott location. As a Hyatt Globalist for over a decade, I never consider staying anywhere else however from the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with such care - including a birthday card signed by NINE staff members. Not to mention the rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. I look forward to many more stays at this location and with Marriott!

3 months ago?????????? Wow—what an incredible experience! I contacted the Delta by Marriott in Little Rock, Arkansas to plan an event, and Justin Curd exceeded every expectation. He was quick to respond, always helpful, and made the entire process seamless. When I flew in to meet him, I was blown away by his professionalism and knowledge. He really listened to what I needed and made everything feel easy. You can tell he truly cares about his clients. Justin is AMAZING and definitely deserves a raise immediately! We cannot wait for our upcoming event—thank you for everything!

4 months agoCheck in was easy and Vanessa and Tamara were so nice and fun to talk with. Came in because A/C was out at my house and couldnt get fixed till the next day. Even stressed these ladies calmed my nerves and gave me and my son a cool place to reset . My son got to enjoy the pool and the workout room. Then we ate a quick dinner at the Hips restaurant the cook Bruce definately know how to do his this food was great. The server Tina was so nice and took great care of us. The room was cool the ac was great and the bed I didn't want to get out the next morning. Amazing stay thanks.
