3 months agoI stayed at this particular Holiday Inn Express on 04/23/26. I was so impressed with absolutely everything that I just had to write a review. I arrived late at night but the gentleman working the front desk was kind and courteous and fulfilled all my requests to get the exact room that I was hoping for. I came down for an early breakfast and the entire staff was so friendly and personable. Had a great conversation with the lady working the front desk and both ladies that were working the breakfast bar were above and beyond. They were on top of everything making sure all of the food was fresh and full and that everyone was happy. And there were quite a few people there for breakfast in the morning. They would talk to a lot of the customers and asked if you needed anything etc. Just as I was getting ready to leave one of the girls came out and asked if I would I like a to go bag and brought me a pre-prepared bag of goodies for the road. Inside that bag was a business card and that's where I found the review links and I am happily giving one. If you're traveling through this area and need a hotel that satisfies at every level and for a great price, the Holiday Inn Express is your hotel. I travel this route semi-frequently and I will be staying here every chance I get, no doubt! A+++ ?

4 months agoLast minute decision to stop and stay here. Very clean and the front desk warned us the room we chose would be loud because it was next to the side entrance. We picked a different room. Only complaint is that the pancake maker was broken.

5 months agoMy parents and I were in Forrest City, AR fir a funeral. However and despite the occasion, we enjoyed our stay at this property. Particularly Ms Ronita and Miss Rhegan at the breakfast bar were exceptionally pleasant and super helpful. Not to mention the breakfast was delicious and there was a great variety to choose from. One critic: the mattress was not very comfortable, as a matter of fact, i believe the bed frame was broken.....and we were in a handicap room.

6 months agoI was greeted by the kitchen staff when I walked through the doors. Those smiling faces were such a wonderful sight after a long day of driving. I felt like I was walking into a relatives home. In the morning, Miss Jeannie was there to check on how I slept and chat with me. She showed me how to operate the coffee machine and even helped me fill my oversized travel mug. I will definitely recommend this hotel to me family and friends. We will make sure we stop here on our way through. Thanks to all the staff.

7 months agoClean and comfortable. I happen to have a UV light on me as part of my pocket light. Checked the room, beds, floor etc. Very clean.! The "mexican" food place across the road was also pretty good. Unrelated to this hotel.
