about 2 months agoThe front desk staff was very nice. Loved that Perkins Restaurant and Bistro Eleven 21, a restaurant/bar was attached to the hotel where you did not have to go outside. They have parking lot security at night, starting at 10:00 PM. We felt safe at this hotel. The only suggestion I would make is to buy some cheap picture frames and make your own signage letting guests know which way to walk to get to the front desk, and/or restaurant/bar and pool. This hotel is laid out differently than most. It's like a maze. It's too easy to walk in the wrong direction! Definitely would stay here again.

3 months agoThe hotel was right off the freeway and was very convenient. The staff was nice and our room was fine – it hit the right price point and was clean – we will definitely use this as our halfway point on our twice a year drive. We paid a little extra for breakfast and it was actually at the attached restaurant, Perkins. It was way better than a normal hotel buffet as the food was freshly cooked for us. Our waitress, Mitzie, was extremely pleasant and quick. We were very satisfied with the whole experience

3 months agoWe had a delicious breakfast today. Our server Porsha was exceptional. She was sweet attentive and helpful. She laughed at our jokes lol. There are no grits on the menu but she magically made them appear when we asked. Thanks Porsha! We ll remember you.

3 months ago?Clean ? Safe ? Quiet Had a great stay here on my way back. The front desk was polite and provided great service. The lobby was great to chill in and there was a Mcdonalds a short walk away. Didn’t get a chance to use the gym or breakfast.

7 months agoVery nice place. A Perkins Restaurant (think Waffle House meets Cracker Barrel) is attached and very convenient. Our 2 queen room was updated and clean. Shower pressure was nice. Overall a great Holiday Inn.
