This newly constructed Holiday Inn Osceola offers generally positive experiences, highlighted by attentive staff and a welcoming atmosphere. However, recent reviews indicate issues with breakfast quality, a now-closed restaurant/bar, and security concerns regarding room doors.
Nice new hotel. Still typical holiday inn express breakfast- except this one costs extra. If charging for breakfast it needs to be better than holiday inn express breakfast..
Only reason for not a 5 star is that they closed the restaurant and bar the day I arrived. Only breakfast was available. However, Sonya was so helpful and took great care of everything I needed!!
The hotel is brand new and smells like money. The construction is not the best as my room on the third floor has already started to creak when I walk on it although in the hotel's defense I'm a 245 pound chubby behemoth but still. The shower's pressure is definitely weaker than what Iran is feeling from Trump's war. They should definitely add a free breakfast option as I paid almost 200$ for my room. The hotel in the restaurant is great and I highly recommend it.
Customers service was excellent! The GM was very knowledgeable helpful, and kept a smile on their face entire day, which made me feel truly welcome. The second shift staff was just as great friendly and attentive. Overall a wonderful experience.
I returned to my room Saturday night and my door was open about 1 foot. The front desk said they would speak to the staff. Very unsettling, tried the breakfast buffet but the nomal cook was out, biscuits and croissants were not done, still doughy and uncooked in the middle. My room was fine and the staff was courteous and friendly.
