about 2 months agoRooms on the lake side have amazing sunrise. Views are great. It's remodeled and the did a good job. Only thing is the elevators are small, they can't do much with that. Location is near some good restaurants, Fisherman's Wharf is good seafood. It's busy so go early or make reservations.

about 2 months agoDefinitely the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. The whole hotels cleanliness was nice, however our mini fridge had 2 drinks (a Casey’s gas station water and a sparking water can so not complimentary from the hotel) in it upon arrival so I question how clean it actually is. All the staff was super helpful and friendly. Ordering delivery to the hotel room was super easy. They tell you upfront that the delivery drivers don’t have access to elevators so you do have to go to the lobby to get your food. Somehow our delivery driver was able to deliver straight to our room though so that was super nice! The room description's are also falsely advertised as we booked a Lakeview room and we got a highway view. You definitely have to read all things that look complimentary as they put water bottles in the room but unless you’re a higher tier rewards member they are $3 a piece. Overall though a decent hotel.

2 months agoThe hotel and location is excellent!!! However I would highly suggest that Matt at the front desk go through some training on how to talk to customers as well as how to smoke cigarettes without bringing the smell back in with you. Other than that I have nothing bad to say. The bartender was super nice and many of the patrons bragged on how great the chef was! Edit: This is also a great place to be during the 4th of July, Memorial Day, and I think Labor Day as the city shoots off fireworks right across the road and you can see them great from the front door. You could possibly even request a room that faces the road and get a balcony as many people were on their balconies as well!

3 months agoHotel was clean rooms were nice. I had a nice view of the lake. Ariel was awesome from the front desk. The breakfast is paid only didn't feel the amount paid was worth it and I really was sad about the coffee and tea station not being there like other Hilton properties. The bar was pretty good actually overall my stay was relaxing and amazing.

5 months agoOur stay at the DoubleTree Hot Springs was exceptionally nice. It is located a few miles from the National Park and had virtually no traffic issues but still close enough to enjoy the NPS. The rooms and the bathroom were spotless and good sized. The highlight of this hotel though is the staff! Housekeeping kept the room fresh and clean and the front desk staff were more than accommodating. Extremely dog and people friendly. Dottie gave it 2 paws up. I would highly recommend a stay!!
