about 2 months agoAbsolutely phenomenal experience!! The room was set up for people by people and didn’t feel like it was some routine corporation running the show. Everything was pristine. Even the welcome baskets were amazing. Well thought out delivery.

3 months agoThis is a hidden gem in Hot Springs. Everything about the stay was very smooth from start to finish. The location was perfect—only about five minutes from Bathhouse Row, which made it easy to explore. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the attention to detail really stood out. Thank you for the snacks—that was such a thoughtful touch. The building itself is older but has been beautifully renovated, combining charm with modern comfort. Gated parking gave us great peace of mind, which we really appreciated. My only downside is that it was a bit pricey compared to other hotels offering similar amenities and rates. Overall, though, it was a great experience.

3 months agoI am so excited to have found this place. Mark, the owner was wonderful in assisting the booking. The room was so cute; clean and comfortable and loaded with snacks. All greatly appreciated after a long drive. I will definetly recommend to my buddies going to the track! You would make Johnny Rose proud. :)

4 months agoTried the Derby INN for a quick trip to Oaklawn. Reserved a 2 Queen room last minute. Shortly after I receive the gate code and the room code which was nice to be able to get my stuff situated before I headed to the races. I was able to park and access the room all before 12:00pm. The room itself is fine. I appreciate the contactless check inn and the secure parking. The walk to Oaklawn is very manageable. The only negative I have to say is the room itself is pretty small. It's perfectly fine for a quick overnight stay and was super clean. Would definitely stay again.

You can tell the owners take pride in every detail. Security is excellent, which made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The customer service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring about our experience. Best of all, it’s affordable without cutting any corners on quality, and the location is perfect—just minutes from Oaklawn and other popular attractions. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and hospitable place to stay that supports a local family business, this is it! We’ll definitely be back.
