about 2 months ago????? We stayed here while visiting the Russellville/Heber Springs area and could not have been happier with our experience. The hotel was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and the property was well cared for both inside and out. The staff was outstanding and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and professional. As a parent traveling with my son, I especially appreciated how safe, quiet, and comfortable the hotel felt. The location was convenient to everything we needed, and we will definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area. Highly recommended! ?????

2 months agoA very pleasant stay with such great service. We ended up reaching the facility late at night and had decided to crash in. But seeing the courtyard view from the room, decided to explore that. Met Donna at the lobby, she was super friendly and whipped us a couple of drinks at that hour. She even gave us some suggestions for the nearby attractions that we had not considered in this trip. Definitely gonna come back and there is no other place we would be checking for the stay. Thank you Donna for making our stay so special!

5 months agoWe were involved in a wreck in Russellville, 2 hours from home. EMTs graciously took all 5 of us to Courtyard and they were so nice to allow us to stay in the lobby until our ride could arrive hours later. They gave us waters and were incredibly kind. We stay here on trips to Russellville and now will never stay anywhere else. Thank you for your kindness.

6 months agoIf you're thinking of booking a hotel, just go ahead and book this one. I have stayed at this location on my way through and every single time has been consistent. The service at this location goes beyond to make sure that you are comfortable, after a long drive I called to see if I could check in early and they accommodated a room as fast as they could. If there was anything wrong at all, the front desk was extremely courteous and made sure it was fixed, any time of day. The rooms are all well maintained and very clean, including a spotless bathroom. Decent pool, solid food, great outdoor space. If your thinking of booking, look no further, the other hotels in the area aren't even close. Will definitely be my only choice for hotel in Russellville.

6 months agoMy Husband and I booked two rooms on the same floor here on the day of our Wedding. One room for the Groom/Groomsmen to get ready in, and the other for the Bride/Bridemaids. This idea made it much easier for our Photographer to jump back and forth for photos and made for a good central location for the whole Wedding Party. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice and Congratulated our group many times, and the cafe in the lobby offered great breakfast the morning after the Wedding. The only reason I don't give all 5 Stars is due to the price and the lack of complementary amenities with a price like this. I loved the experience here, I just wish the price was more reasonable for a one night stay, and feel that with a price like this there should at least be a complimentary breakfast (as is the case with most hotels of this status). Otherwise I appreciate the staff, and the memories my group shared here.
