2 months agoAll the ladies at this location were awesome! Miss Abigail and Miss Tara were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed ?? everything was clean and convenient. I will be staying here anytime I go through this area

6 months agoI had a wonderful experience here. My room was extremely clean. The sheets smelled wonderful and were a clean crisp white. Bathroom was immaculite! I actually felt comfortable enough to take a bath because it was so clean! The staff were AMAZING! Kind, considerate and willing to help in any way. The breakfast was fantastic. The employee that handled breakfast did a phenomenal job. My city was hit hard by the ice storm. We have been without power for almost a week. I drove to El Dorado to get heaters and propane. I was exhausted. The manager was very empathetic and allowed me to check in early. I will never forget that nice gester. That is the reason I will be back. Kindness matters especially when people are dealing with catastrophic events. Thanks Holiday Inn Express & Suites!! Not only did I get a warm bed, hot bath and a good meal. I got to see humanity at it's finest.

10 months agoWe stayed 2 nights and had a king bed on 3rd floor. Check-in was pretty easy. Pool was down but it was advertised on their website that I was down for maintenance. Room was very clean and smelled good. King bed was very comfortable with firm and plush pillows. I love a softer bed and this more firm then I usually like but it was better then other hotels we’ve stayed at. Problem was first night was Incredibly noisy! people banging doors and yelling. They put a Big family with 4 kids next to us and it was Insane how noisy it was! Walls are so thin too. Ice machine down by elevator was noisy. Second night was much better as I’m assuming the people next door left. Shower is ok. Nothing special with so-so water pressure. Breakfast was Really good. Toast, eggs, sausage honey biscuits and pancakes. Coffee was horrible! But we are coffee snobs lol so we are picky. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town visiting our family

11 months agoService was good. Friendly staff. Simple breakfast. The pool was closed but we were not there for that. Room was standard nothing special. Beds were comfortable. BBQ next store was good. The bathroom had 1 sink, mediocre in size. Small parking lot that it shares with another hotel. Fairly close to DT El Dorado and the amphitheater. For 1 night is was fine. Longer stays would most likely be closer to DT. Overall, 3 out of 5.

about 1 year agoI was in town this past weekend for a family reunion and chose to stay here. The service was excellen! The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Although the pool was out of service, everything else made for a great stay. I truly appreciated the hospitality!
