3 months agoSAVE YOURSELVES THE STRESS! We drove 9 hours and found this hotel online with decent rating and a pool. We booked a larger king suite with sofa bed. We got to the hotel and was given a smaller king room with no sofa bed. I called the front desk and after she spoke with her manager, I was told I would get a 10% discount and could go to a room with double beds if wanted. We do not comfortable fit in double beds which is why we booked a king with a sofa bed so we didn’t want that option. We asked if we could stay in our small room and get a roll away bed to make up for the missing sofa bed for our granddaughter. They would not accommodate. They charged us 35$ for a rollaway bed that is very poor condition. The remote did not work, there was two spiders in the room. The gym is dirty! They emailed me throughout my stay arguing about the issues, and giving no help. Very bad customer service and experience. We just checked out and look at receipt, WE DID NOT EVEN GET THE DISCOUNT! we were charged full price for a larger room we didn’t get plus 35$ for the horrible rollaway bed. Grand daughter was very disappointed that the pool was closed with no warning. We will never return. We usually stop at the Hampton Pine Bluff and never have issues. Very clean and so nice.

7 months agoThis hotel is awesome! Staff is amazing rooms are clean and comfortable. Excellent gym, pool is nice. If you're staying near Sheridan/Whitehall this is your new spot!

10 months agoMiddle of the night check in went so smooth. Chris was alert and very friendly when we arrived. The process to check in was fast which was great after a long day of driving. Rooms were clean and hardly any issues. I noticed that the shower leaks from the front onto the floor but it probably just needs to be re caulked. Breakfast both days was decent, nothing to rav about, but there seemed to be plenty stocked and it was a normal variety of sausage, eggs, waffle maker, cereals, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, and breakfast sandwiches which was a nice change. I was pretty concerned reading some of the negative reviews since they said the same really bad issue but either that was fixed or they didnt affect our floor. We stayed on the 4th floor. Noise level was decent even though the hotel seemed very full. Check out was quick and smooth. Staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable of their jobs.
