about 1 month agoGreat staff! Jalen is an awesome employee! He made us feel very welcome! He also acknowledged that I was a member and thank me.The rooms was very clean. We thought the hotel was new! That's how well they take care of the property. The staff was very nice and friendly. The Oklahoma Holiday Inn Bricktown employee needs to take lessons from Jalen!!!! And staff too! Yes, indeed I would recommend this hotel!

3 months agoI stay at hotels often and I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious , clean, and comfortable. The breakfast choices were plentiful with hot and cold options. The lobby area has spacious seating area with an outside patio with tables and chairs off the back. Also, a small business center set up with computers and a printer. The whole hotel was clean and modern. The price is moderate and it is conveniently located right off the interstate. Great stay.

3 months agoStaying here was great. Even though my group and I only stayed one night, we had a wonderful experience. Joshua was at the desk, he welcomed us and made the check in experience easy and quick. The rooms are cleaned and well stocked. The next morning, our breakfast experience was great. The breakfast are was kept clean and neat and staff were ready and available to offer assistance. Ms. Robin was there to help us check out that morning and she made the whole experience quick and easy. She doubled checked and made sure that everything had gone well with our stay. Our stay here was great from beginning to end.

4 months agoI came about 2 weeks ago, I had a really great stay here and just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. From the moment I walked in, everything felt smooth and welcoming. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, which made it easy to relax. I especially want to give a shoutout to the front desk manager robin for being professional, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout my stay. You can tell they really care about guests having a good experience. Also, the night audit guy Joshua deserves recognition too—he was respectful, attentive, and made sure everything was handled even during the late hours. It’s the people that really make a place stand out, and this team definitely does that. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, stress-free hotel experience.

6 months agoThis hotel was great. I would recommend bringing your own adult beverages tho, the ones sold in the pantry are pricey, definitely no happy hour! Expect to pay a penny if you want to smash an 18 pack. The complimentary cookies are on point. But no complimentary milk to wash it down. The breakfast was good. Biscuits and gravey are the winner here. Steer clear of the otisspunkmeyer muffins, too dry for my taste. Maybe an old batch. The pankcake machine takes forever to spit out silver dollar size cakes. I would stay again, but bring my own beer, milk and muffins.
