2 months agoI had a wonderful stay at Inn at the Mill! The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was great, and even the pullout sofa bed for kids was surprisingly comfortable and spotless—which is not always easy to find. I’ve interacted with three different receptionists on different shifts, and every one of them has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Their customer service really stood out and made my stay even better. Oh- the house keepers are also very kind and clearly responsible for doing such a great job of keeping the rooms so clean & fresh. Highly recommended.

3 months agoWow! This place was great! Jennifer was a amazing host! outdoor lounging area one of the best especiallywith a cup of coffee and breakfast bar. TV location in the room is the not the best but who cares right?

6 months agoSuch an interesting and historically significant hotel. The original mechanics of the mill are still around and integrated into the decor of the lobby space. Small but diverse breakfast. Super quiet. Generally looks like it has passed its prime after a high-dollar renovation a couple decades ago, but a great value for a neat Ozark experience.

9 months agoThis hotel is in a great location in Springdale with easy on/off access to the I49. It has a very interesting history and the aesthetics are relaxing. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast wasn’t awful, however, it was a lot of processed and premade food items with some strawberries and blueberries thrown in. There was a microwave to beat the quiche, but almost everything is served cold. They ran out of coffee both mornings we ate there. One reason I booked this hotel was because of the manager’s reception, which doesn’t exist. I thought the front desk was friendly and check in went very smoothly. I wasn’t recognized as a platinum guest so I hope I got my extra points. The front desk staff at different times was a little overwhelming and a tad unprofessional. Otherwise, it went well and I might decide to stay again passing through.
