4 months agoWhen we arrived they had already put someone else in our room and had sold out of all the king suites, so we waited at the front desk for quite a while until they finally put us in a double queen room. Got to the room and our shower had no hot water and no shampoo.

6 months agoDuring the snow storm my vehicle couldn't make it home. I work third shift and got off in the morning. I work close-by and spoke with the employee, Nicole, over the phone, I told her my situation and asked her what time check in was. She was extremely kind and said that I could just come on by whenever I get off of work. When I got there the hotel was really comforting, they had the fireplace going, it was clean, every single employee I spoke with were all so very nice. They offered me breakfast since it was still being served. The room was spacious, clean, the bathroom was large. What really brought everything together was the staff there, this company is very fortunate to have such great employees.

6 months agoEverything you would expect from a Hotel staying out of town! Here's what made the review 5 stars... Add complementary VIP treatment from the staff, without the cost. Staff was the best in how they treated us like we were the only thing that mattered, even like we were the only guests there, but the hotel was booked solid! Great place to stay, my family will definitely be using that pool again, I'm sure of it!!!

8 months agoThe service at this Marriott is outstanding. Every staff member made a point to smile and make me feel welcome. It is a little older than the other Marriott in the area, but it’s clean and the atmosphere makes up for that tenfold. If you were looking for a nice place to stay while you’re visiting Jonesboro for a great prize and great service. This is the place to go.

9 months agoWife and I absolutely loved this hotel very clean rooms great customer service lady at front desk was very nice. Very relaxing very peaceful. 5 star rating for sure we will definitely be back!!!
