about 2 months agoNice clean rooms, comfy beds, & fabulous views. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Hot Springs. Staff is amazing, my car broke down & ended up in the shop. The ladies up front managed to do some juggling & keep us in our room for another night.

2 months agoStayed at the Willow Beach Resort for a day during the Sprink Break 2026. Great ambience of the hotel right on the lake, very picturesque view from the hotel room. The room has a kitchen with utensils, and was sufficient space for a family of 4… The staff was ready to assist and was an easy check in process as well…You can walk to an observation dock on the lake from the back door and do bird watching or view boats cruising by on the lake, lot of boat tours were on operation… Pleasant stay at a great location, safe and quiet to enjoy a weekend especially if you want to enjoy a stay away from busy and crowded places…

2 months agoI only stayed one night, but will definitely stay again and for longer! Rooms and views were exactly as pictured. Rare these days it seems. Check in was easy and everyone was very friendly. 100% 5??????????

3 months agoThe location was absolutely worth the stay. Check in was easy and they even sent it to me earlier than I anticipated as my room was ready. The view of lake Hamilton right out the back door just set the tone for the ability to have a relaxing work trip. Willow Beach Resort offers a full kitchenette. 2 burner stove, mini fridge, microwave, dishes. Out door grills are available. Indoor and outdoor seating. I will be back

3 months agoLovely location with amazing views of the lake. Water front rooms with direct access. Community area outside. We sat by the fire after a long day of touring. Great escape!! Friendly and accommodating staff. Worth a visit!!
