about 1 month agoVery clean and updated rooms. Housekeeping was working on the floor around us and we didn’t even know they were there; they were very quiet and respectful of guest in rooms. We needed that rest so we were definitely appreciative of the quiet atmosphere. Plenty of parking at and around the hotel and easy to access.

about 1 month agoSusan and Rick from the evening/night staff were VERY helpful. I had been driving since 1am and we checked in a little after 10:30pm. Was only planning on sleeping for a few hours before getting back on the road but decided to stick around until breakfast and I am glad we did. The kids loved the waffle bar. The omlets and sausage and biscuits were perfect. Definitely will be staying again if in the area.

3 months agoLocation was quiet, extremely clean, and rooms were perfect size! Place was pet friendly and staff was awesome! Complimentary breakfast was perfect! Will definitely be staying here again every time we pass through!

5 months agoIts Russellville. Have a good breakfast and you can connect to Netflix on TV. Bring your own soap. There is only liquid soap available and in the shower there is Shampoo Conditioner and Shower gel. If a customer would like any other type of soap they should bring their own.

about 1 year agoThe service was average. The breakfast lady exceptional, checkin clerk a little rude. The room was large, in okay condition, and had a large two head shower. It could have been great. However, it stank. In fact the whole end of the hotel stank of mold and mildew on the second floor. The first clue should have been the cheap, overpowering, air freshener smell when I walked in. The stairwell reeked. There is no way I could stay in that room 2 nights and contemplated asking for another but had came in, dropped my bags, and left for dinner. Luckily I was only there for one night. There is no way they are unaware of this situation as evidenced by the air freshener and it didn't get that in a day or two, no excuse. After reading another review from yesterday, I have to say that I agree that there was an oder throughout the hotel but it was REALLY bad on the second floor opposite of Starbucks.
