24 days agoBreakfast Lady Shenanigans// Was a decent stay… beautiful lobby, above average bedroom. Mattress was a little worn, but that was to be expected. For the most part it was clean. However, the staff was not helpful and very disconnected the morning after check-in. In fact the breakfast lady was somewhat mean. She looked at a lady and said, “ hmmm mmm no you can’t do that!” Causing her to put her plate back. And when I looked at her she said, “no no she can’t do that, she’s wrong!” I stood there dazed and confused. She then looked at another guest and said, “this just ain’t what your used to right?” Confusing her and our whole family even more. She then walked off around the corner with her towel over her shoulder saying, “nope! He done messed up…. HE DONE MESSED UP! He’s never gonna wait till the last weekend in July…. You can’t wait till then.” We looked at each other perplexed and in the back of my mind I thought, “what’s wrong with this lady?” She comes back around the corner with her towel and some kitchen spray spritzing the counter as well as some verbal nonsense, yet again. It’s then I see it. Concealed by a strand of hair, I see a small blue tooth earbud! Wow! Bahaha! The Lady was on her phone having a full blown conversation with someone while she was on the clock! Mind blown! No big deal; now it all made sense. Accept when checking out the lady at the front desk also seemed removed. As she was handing me a printed receipt I noticed a skin toned headphone in her ear as well. What’s going on here? What was with that Hotel staff? Lol

2 months agoVery pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms were comfortable and had both a microwave and frig with freezer. Breakfast included everything to make waffles, cereal, and egg mcmuffins. And they had grits too (my southern fab Fav with butter and salt). Lots and lots of places nearby to eat. Tops has great BBQ (my favorite again), but there is a shake shack, fish, mexican, and darn near everything else. And best of all, the area seems fairly safe in my many years of stops. Even the surrounding folks are pleasant.

The lobby was clean, professional, quiet, and made the perfect setting for a smooth and efficient notarization. As a mobile notary public with NEA Notary Solutions, having welcoming locations like this makes a huge difference for both clients and business professionals on the go. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable, and there was plenty of space for reviewing and signing important documents. If you’re traveling, conducting business meetings, or need a convenient place to meet for services like loan signings, estate planning documents, or general notarizations, I definitely recommend Best Western Plus. Professional environment, easy access, and a great experience overall. ?????

4 months agoOne of these worst best western I have ever stayed The heavy set lady who worked in the morning it’s one of the rudest I have ever meet, someone should tell her not all white people vote for trump. Someone should teach her to answer a question without being rude Side note: as my company prepares to hire over 70. Employees for our new site Which requires 4-6 weeks of training this best western was going to be the first choice Now we will go else where It’s very clear by the people who got hired here don’t get for customers at all so I won’t let all my my employees stay here! Focus on the staff and training!

4 months agoExcellent room. Excellent pool. Excellent staff. We stayed here for one night driving home. Not sure vocational if it's extra awesome or not, but it was perfect for what we needed. Very clean. Updated. Would definitely stay again if we were driving through this area.
