20 days agoThe cleanliness of this hotel was extremely disappointing. There were stains throughout the room, and it had a strong musty, unpleasant odor. The overall condition felt dirty and poorly maintained. Based on the quality of the accommodations, I would expect a rate closer to $50 per night, not what they currently charge. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

28 days agoVery nice and clean hotel. Stayed here on the way back to Houston from Chicago. Annie on the counter was very nice and wwn upgrade our rooms for us. A++ service.

2 months agoThe exhaust fan in the restroom did not work brought it to the hotels attention. We were not offered any reimbursement and it made for a disgusting vacation. The sheets on the beds felt like there was little mites biting us. The keys to the room kept deactivating so we had to go to the front desk every time they deactivated. Carts that carried luggage were very rickety, loose parts & awkward. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I knew.

5 months agoStayed with our 2 kids and they did not like this hotel at ALL. This was a big disappointment to say the least , we walked in and the smell of (pet urine?) just penetrated in the entire room.The smell of mildew also was strong competing with the smell of urine . There were stains everywhere on the carpet and the shower was clogged . There was also red like blood stains on the blankets on the carpet . The sight alone Was extremely disgusting .the entrance floor was sticky when walking with our shoes ,The loud cars speeding by kept waking us up . I wouldn’t even give it a star but had to .

7 months agoGreat place to stay for a night. The room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable and a lot of hot water for the shower. Breakfast was great, omelets, sausage, Biscuits, gravy, waffles, cereal, fruit, the whole 9 yards. Even the toliet paper was better quality than most hotels. The price was reasonable for this day and age. Very satisfied with our stay. The only thing that needed improvement was my pillow. But, I am a harsh judge of pillows.
