24 days agoAndrea was so helpful. I forgot something and she was able to help me out. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is easy to access. It was very quiet even though it is close to the interstate. Bed was very nice. I had everything I needed for my stay. Very friendly staff.

about 1 month agoWow! Is all I can stay we stayed at a Holiday inn in Memphis and Nashville! And omg I swear I was not going to stay at another holiday inn! But let me tell you when I came to this one! It was so clean and breakfast was so good! The rooms didn’t smell like mildew and were top notch! They were so damn clean! Shout out to this manager here for making sure she stays on top of the employees to make this happen! This place is so clean and in a good area! So with that being said if your coming down hwy 40 and need a place to stay don’t doubt staying here! This hotel is phenomenal! “ No I’m not getting paid to write this review” but compared to all the other ones we stayed at that were Holiday Inn!!! Omg we’re so damn dirty! I was so disappointed in the amount I had paid! But this place changed my opinion not all of them are the same! Definitely will stay here again if I ever decide to come down hwy 40 on a trip!

2 months agoWe stayed here for one quick night on our way to PCS for the military and the hotel was great. The real reason I want to leave a review is for the kindness of the front desk associate, Storm. My husband left a very expensive watch in our room that we were sure we wouldn’t get back, but thanks to Storm, she made sure we got it back. She walked me through how to set up a FedEx pickup and shipping label and then she packed it for us and updated us through every step of FedEx picking it up. She also went above and beyond to call us a few days later to make sure we received it. We will tell everyone to stay here if they are passing through!

3 months agoI recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I can't recommend it enough. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and highly enjoyable. The rooms are clearly designed with guest comfort in mind. The bedding was plush, the space was spotless, and it provided the perfect quiet environment to relax after a busy day. What truly sets this location apart is the staff. Every team member I encountered was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality truly makes a difference. The hotel’s location is hard to beat. It’s situated perfectly for easy access to local attractions and transport, making it a breeze to get around. I was thoroughly impressed by the breakfast spread. There were plenty of high-quality options to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious—the perfect way to start the morning.

4 months agoLocation is awesome near everything. It seems understaff. They do not use trash bags I thought that was weird. Pool had no towels over three days. Pool also has build up showing to me it's not being vacuumed. Food was actually great for breakfast. Items at there store are not over priced so that was nice. It was not bad but it could be better
