29 days agoABSOLUTELY SCARY LOCATION!!! I GAVE THEM A FREE NIGHT BECAUSE THEY WOULDN'T REFUND MY 2ND NIGHT! I CHECKED IN READY TO CHECK OUT. THIS HOTEL IS GATED WITH AN HOURLY HOTEL THAT HAS ROOM DOORS OPENING TO THE OUTSIDE. I MEAN THEIR SISTER HOTEL. A WORKER WALKED NEXT DOOR!!!! I WAS WORRIED ABOUT MY TRUCK ALL NIGHT. ROOM SMELLED OF MILDEW AND AC ONLY HAD ONE TEMPERATURE. EVERYTHING IS OLD. THROW UP STAIN OUTSIDE MY DOOR AND MOST OF THE PEOPLE WE PASSED BY SMELLED OF WEED!

2 months agoIts in a rougher area of town and shares a space next to a run down motel 6. Parking can be a problem after 9 pm. The gym is really nice and the rooms are decent size. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook small meals. The closet space is good and the work desk is good sized.

3 months agoCl9se to the highway, a little sketchy neighborhood though. Staff was friendly but not what you'd consider accommodating. Room was dated, cook top not working, outdoor grill not working, no pool, no breakfast, but the weight room/laundry was 100%. Overall recommend, but don't expect extras. Make sure you get a good rate because there are better extended stays for the same price.

3 months agoAlways happy with the customer service amongst other things. Rey is there at the front desk to greet you when you arrive with a smiling face. She is always so helpful and knowledgeable about availability. I can't say enough great things about her ,she makes the transaction swift and efficient. The rooms are super clean they smell of a light scent of cleaner that instantly makes you think of home. The rooms are large with a full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher , coffee maker, fridge, microwave, cabinet space and a few dishes. I always enjoy my stay here. Thanks Rey .

10 months agoThe primary reason for my 5-star review is for the service! The staff contacted us immediately upon learning that we had left some incredibly important medication in the fridge by mistake and contacted us right away and were even willing to hold for us in the fridge for us until we could come back through on our way back. The rooms are spacious and kitchens well equipped. We had a couple of things that needed attention and they were prompt to address them. The staff at the front desk is truly amazing!
