about 1 month agoUpon my arrival yesterday, I noted a distinct odor in my assigned room, which I attributed to the hotel's pet-friendly policy. I subsequently requested a room change, but unfortunately, the alternative accommodation presented a similar issue. It appeared that an excessive amount of fragrance had been used, presumably to mask the underlying odor. Consequently, I made the decision to seek alternative accommodation, despite having pre-booked online and thus forfeiting a refund.

3 months agoHe staff was helpful and professional. The complimentary breakfast was good. Loved both varieties of waffles and toppings. The room was clean and easy to adjust the temperature. Only complaint is only one chair to sit in. Next visit I plan to utilize the pool.

3 months agoBeautiful recently renovated hotel located near all the hospitals. The rooms are clean and the fitness center is fantastic. Betty at the front desk was sure to go above and beyond to help guests and provide the best stay. Highly recommend and can’t say enough good things about Betty!

4 months agoCame here for a work conference, hotel is in a quiet area near the mall, resurturants and many little shopping centers nearby. Room was very clean bed was pretty comfortable. Nice big walk in shower. Lots of space for clothes and personal belongings. Nice pool but didn't find a workout center so not sure if they had one. Nice hotel!

6 months agoI booked a room for my 5 year old son and I for my birthday to just be able to enjoy the pool for him. We’ve been through a lot lately and I just wanted to be able to relax, swim and enjoy time not having to do anything-and that is just what we did! We ordered Door Dash in, we swam (the pool is SO CLEAN but not heated, so be prepared!), the breakfast is good, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, and the room we were in (a king bed) had a microwave and a small refrigerator (vital for a picky 5 year old who loves his strawberry milk and protein yogurts). We enjoyed our stay, because the hotel gave us the feel of being gone on a trip with a quality stay. Thank you! We needed a good night in, but if you are looking for a nice place to stay that is close to food and entertainment-this place is great for that too.
