This Home2 Suites by Hilton North Little Rock appears to have inconsistencies in guest experiences, highlighted by issues with room amenities, cleanliness, and internet connectivity. While some guests appreciate the staff and breakfast, others have reported deficiencies in basic supplies and unresolved technical problems. Overall, the property may not consistently meet guest expectations for value and functionality.
I would not recommend this hotel. I have several reasons. First it is a combined hotel, meaning two hotels that share everything, the pool, the breakfast bar and the front desk. We stay at Home 2 suites and really like the brand. The breakfast bar is sub par at best, the pool is over crowded due to hotel using the same pool. The pool ladder is still broken. We will not stay at this location again.
Ok rooms. Not worth the price. Desk staff are ok. Room service does a poor job cleaning rooms. When they actually clean them.
This was my second stay here. First time was a week-long business trip and it was good enough that I brought the family back. This visit…had some personality. Booked the room for four people and even checked in a day early, so I assumed we’d be fully stocked. We got two bath towels. Not three. Not “oops we missed one.” Two. Meanwhile, there were four hand towels and four washcloths like someone just stopped halfway through the assignment and said, “good enough.” Went looking for glasses—none in the kitchen. Thought maybe I was losing it. Checked the dishwasher and yep…there they were. Dirty. So I guess technically they were provided, just not in a usable, human-friendly condition. Pool time was next. There was visible debris on the bottom, which isn’t exactly the vibe you’re going for. More concerning, the handrail on the steps was loose. Like “trust fall with gravity” loose. Not ideal—especially with my wife having mobility challenges. And the barn-door bathroom…look, I get the Pinterest aesthetic, but functionally it’s a hard no. It swings, it bangs, it doesn’t lock, and it offers the privacy level of a screen door in a windstorm. Now, to be fair—staff was friendly, no complaints there. Breakfast was solid and exactly what you expect from a Home2. No issues on that front. Bottom line: I’d stay here again solo for work. But bringing the family back? Probably not unless the towel count improves and the dishwasher graduates from “storage unit” to “cleaning device.”
This place is well ran, at least from a customer's perspective. This has been my third time to stay here and each tome has been pleasant. Clean, coffee always available. Fresh cookies daily. Mainly, the staff (all vovations) are always working, laughing and enjoying thier work. Thank you for always making me feel welcome.
My husband and I travel for our jobs and live in hotels. We stayed here for 1 week without internet, we had to use our” personal hotspot”. They told us it was because we were at the very end of the hallway! We also asked if they had a hot plate .. they gave us an induction burner , which was fine.. I asked if they had any its or pans to go with it.. She told me there are pans in it.. but no pots.. “but you can go to Walmart to get whatever else you need”! That to say the least didn’t make me very happy. We have stayed at other Home 2suites, we have never been told to go to the store to get whatever else we need. We had addressed the internet several times with the front desk and when they sent us text messages to ask about our stay.. but still never addressed it. So my suggestion is, if you have to much paperwork to haul down to the lobby like we do.. ask to stay in the interior of the hotel.
